Beautiful Beach Cottage, just steps to the Beach - Lake CDA-Driftwood Bay
Questa casa accogliente è immacolata, aggiornata e confortevole. È leggero e sul lato soleggiato del lago. La casa si trova a circa 200 piedi dal lago, grande spiaggia privata di sabbia con darsena privata e una splendida vista sul lago. Recentemente ristrutturato, con tutti i pavimenti in legno, nuovo bagno, ripiani in granito, nuovi mobili da cucina, estremamente pulito e accogliente. Ha impianti di lancio per barche nelle vicinanze (entro 3 miglia). Ci sono due villaggi con ristoranti nelle vicinanze anche. Il parco a tema Silverwood Theme Park e Triple Play si trovano a 30 minuti a 1 ora di distanza. Coeur d'Alene offre molte attività diverse tra cui terme, antiquariato, canottaggio, parapendio, qualsiasi attività all'aperto, noleggio di jet ski, sci, ecc.
La casa ha un pozzo del fuoco sulla spiaggia privata con posti a sedere intorno al fuoco. C'è una zona piscina molto pulita e sicura dai diportisti. Questo è un paradiso per famiglie e una zona molto sicura per i bambini di tutte le età. Permettiamo animali, cani di grossa taglia devono rimanere all'esterno e cani più piccoli sono i benvenuti all'interno purché siano rotti in casa.
La casa può ospitare comodamente otto persone in tutti i nuovi letti, divani letto e lenzuola con trapunte e cuscini alternativi in piuma per un comfort extra. Tutto in casa è nuovo e di buona qualità. Si spera che chiunque affitti trovi tutto ciò di cui hanno bisogno in un ambiente estremamente confortevole e divertente. Per favore provaci. Non rimarrai deluso.

That was the basic idea of the vacation, to enjoy the water. Being able to go out the door across the beach to the water was ideal. Nice new large dock to hang out and swim from.
The house is small, but you can see that. Kitchen has what you need, beds were comfortable. Great windows for views of the lake. We appreciate that it is dog friendly with a nice yard on the side with a little out front.
We brought our boat and moored it on the dock. Yes, Henry, it was plenty deep. A storm came up the last night we stayed and the owner let us use a lift on the next door dock which was very appreciated since the water got pretty wild. Thank you to our hosts, the other next door neighbor, and (Mark?) the maintenance man for aiding us to use the lift.

This is our 3rd time renting this gem. We are veteran renters on Coeur d’ alene Lake. While smaller than some of the cabins we have stayed in, this home is by far the easiest to unload and the beautiful flat beach access and dock is second to none. Much of the lake is surrounded by a steep embankment and often cabins have many steps to off load and even more steps to get down to the beach. Additionally, the beds are very comfortable, it has AC, and is spotlessly clean and easy parking for additional cars. You can go for ice cream in Harrison about 20 minutes south or in to Coeur d’line 20 minutes to the north. The owners are lovely and always accommodating.
