Questa nuova casa a tema sulla spiaggia si trova nel villaggio salato di Kingscliff e vanta un'ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal ruscello e dalla zona commerciale di Central Park. Questa è la cornice perfetta per rilassarti con la famiglia o gli amici nell'incredibile bellezza naturale della Tweed Coast.
I tuoi amici a quattro zampe sono i benvenuti e la casa è allestita per adattarsi. Il garage ha un cancello per bambini per far sentire i vostri animali domestici inclusi nell'area familiare, ha anche una porta esterna al grande cortile completamente recintato che si affaccia sul parco per portare più del grande divertimento all'aperto. La zona giorno combina una cucina moderna splendidamente arredata che è aperta e facile da intrattenere nella deliziosa area esterna esposta a nord-est. I bambini potranno godersi lo spazio con il parco dietro per calciare un footy o portare le loro biciclette, scooter o skateboard per esplorare oltre 3 chilometri di piste ciclabili all'interno del villaggio sulla spiaggia.
La camera da letto principale è esposta a nord e riceve un bel sole durante l'inverno. Le altre camere sono aree separate della casa con un bagno nel bagno principale per i più piccoli, se necessario, o un rifugio tranquillo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Goditi Netflix durante il tuo soggiorno!
La biancheria è inclusa per il soggiorno esclusi gli asciugamani da spiaggia che possono essere noleggiati.
A pochi passi troverete un centro benessere e numerosi ristoranti. Le spiagge sono bellissime e gli animali domestici. Il parco centrale ha una favolosa area per bambini e la taverna Saltbar ha anche un'area giochi per bambini per tenerli occupati se si sceglie di prendere il sole e un pasto sul balcone sulla spiaggia. Kitchen extremely well appointed!! Everything you would ever need in a kitchen and dining! Nice stroll up to Salt restaurants and bar! Quiet cul-desac. The only disappointment was the very long grass in the back yard which required a huge mow. It was mowed after 3 phone calls to the managing property.

A great property to stay with your furry friends. Everything clean and well situated near a park for walking the dog. It is about a 400m walk to Salt Village for cafes and restaurants. Food and drink bowl with a trampoline bed all supplied for dogs. Just happy we found such a convenient property.

My family of 4 plus our 1 year old malinois enjoyed our stay. Back yard was big enough and secure. The gate in the back yard that gives you access to a park was great. House was clean and tidy and the street is really quiet.

From check in the experience was pleasant and continued to be so. The property is fantastically located in a cul-de-sac. The neighbourhood is quite family oriented with kids and their parents playing in the cul-de-sac.Ride the bikes provided to
the beach, shops and cafes. The property was very clean and is equipped with everything you might need including games for indoor and out, books and items to include your dogs stay comfortably too. Dogs aren't allowed in the house but they are still included with the family by a baby gate at the garage and kitchen. The backyard was decently sized for the dogs. The back fence has a gate that adjoins a park with a many people and their dogs greeting the dogs within the yard. As a note and not a reflection on the property but something I would want to be aware of some of the neighbouring dogs do spend time outside of the yard and may enter the property or attempt to great yours. Overall though we had a fantastic stay. Thanks LJH property manages who were also incredibly friendly!

We arrived to the beautiful well appointed and inviting house, 3 min walk to the amazing beach, 5 min walk to the cafes, bars and restaurants. Everything what you need and more was there. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful vacation home!

Great property and good location
We enjoyed the stay at salty pause, despite the rain that was present all except 1 day over our 6 days there. Very clean and tidy house and good sized yard for a dog to explore.

good location and very comfortable house
As a family of 5including our small pet dog we stayed 4 nights and had a lovely time. The garage accommodation was very comfortable for our pet dog and able to access the backyard easily and had good time running
