Molto popolare unit������������ 4 ������ piano nel 1 ����������� edificio. Questo edificio presenta il lusso di una vista completa del Golfo senza interruzioni. Non vi �������� alcuna piscina in questo edificio che offre un ambiente più tranquillo, ma solo una breve passeggiata per la vasca idromassaggio e piscine dietro la costruzione di 2 e 3. Durante questa passeggiata, troverete griglie molto ben tenuto e area pic-nic per il pranzo perfetto con la famiglia. Questo edificio offre la benifit di dimensioni campo da tennis pieno e parcheggio privato. Questo bellissimo 2 camere da letto, 2 unità bagno è dotato di una cabina doccia nel bagno padronale. Questa unit��� dispone di un nuovo letto Tempurpedic king size. Questo master ha una splendida vista del Golfo e una porta a vetri scorrevole doppio al vostro balcone privato. Camera degli ospiti con due letti full size, attrezzate per tutti i bambini a dormire comodamente. Entrambe le camere hanno plasma a schermo piatto e include Wi-Fi pure. Cucina ha aggiornato granito ed è completamente attrezzata per ogni chef in famiglia per preparare un pasto di frutti di mare meraviglioso. Sala da pranzo si siede al tavolo 4 e 2 al bar per la colazione. Soggiorno ha aggiornato mobili con una splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico con porte a vetri scorrevoli doppio al vostro balcone famiglia. Questa unit�� è stato aggiornato quest'anno con nuovi tappeti peluche in entrambe le camere, completamente dipinto e piastrelle di ogni dove altro è stato pulito e sigillato. Questo è davvero una unit������������������������������� si gode anno dopo anno. NON SONO AMMESSI ANIMALI

Other than the master bedroom carpet being a little ratty. This place was amazing. Nothing beats the views. There was a sufficient amount of dishes to prep a Christmas meal! The living room furniture was super comfy to lounge on.

Location to the beach was fantastic as were the views from the balcony and window in master bedroom.
The Sandy Key property was good, except for the outdated procedures. We were told to come in to the office only to be told policy had changed and we did not need too.
The owner of the condo did not communicate with me directly like others have in the past. Their condo was very sparse like a hotel. I make meals in the kitchen and feel like they need a new set of pots and pans. Additionally, it would be nice to have a few things on hand like aluminum foil , parchment paper, and spices. In their instructions they could just say that if you finish it you replace it. Another example was a scrubbing pad, but no dish soap.
I would also recommend this owner provide some items for the beach. We had to bring towels, toys, umbellas, and chairs with us from Texas. Last year the condo we got had everything. We had to purchase too many things besides food at the store.
Bathrooms and sinks had great water pressure, but the shower heads need to be replaced and the mold around the top needs to be treated and removed.
All in all, if you don't cook, and don't mind bringing a bunch of beach stuff then this great. I will look for a more stocked condo next year because I cook and don't want to carry a bunch of things from Texas.
