53 Springwood è una residenza al 2 ° piano con camere e arredi rinnovati. Il 1 ° piano della casa a schiera ha una cucina con apertura sulla sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Fuori dalla cucina c'è una grande lavatrice e asciugatrice con un sacco di spazio pieghevole. C'è anche una stanza di polvere al piano principale. Il soggiorno dispone di una Smart TV a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni e dell'accesso al patio posteriore. Il patio ha una scala a chiocciola che conduce al cortile e alla piscina per le Springwood Villas. Il 2 ° piano della casa dispone di 2 camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti dispone di 2 nuovissimi letti matrimoniali e una grande Smart TV in modo da poter accedere a Netflix, Hulu e altro ancora. La camera da letto ha anche un bagno privato con combinazione vasca / doccia. In fondo al corridoio, la camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale, Smart TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. Tanto spazio per tutti. La spiaggia è a soli 8 minuti a piedi. La villa include anche l'uso del centro fitness Player's Club situato proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Inoltre a 10 minuti a piedi dai negozi, dai ristoranti e dal negozio di alimentari locali di Coligny Plaza!

We enjoyed a two week stay in this comfortable condo. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We watched the turtles and alligators in the park adjacent to the condo. This area is perfect for children. The pool area was nice.

We stayed 3 weeks in Feb/March.
Very nice condo with comfortable beds. Coligny Beach, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away.
Beachside staff is super attentive and helpful.
Looking forward to another stay in the future.

The accommodations were fine, we weren’t unhappy with our stay because we love being on the Island.
We flew onto the Island and weren’t able to travel with conveniences. There were limited items in the condo for use, again, this was fine considering that we were very close to shopping centers. The condo met our basic needs, but in order for me to have given 5 stars, there would have needed to be extra touches to make me feel more at home. It was quite cold a few days we were there and there weren’t any extra blankets for the bed. I missed a communication about needing to use our $70 beach credit 48 hours prior to our arrival and when I did try to book, I was being charged a $50 late fee. I am certain it probably stated that somewhere in one of the many emails I received, but I missed that detail. We didn’t have chairs for the beach and there was only one from the home owner. A beach wagon would have been a nice extra amenity. Not a deal breaker since we were all adults capable of carrying our own items.
The pool area was not maintained at all. The chairs were covered in dirt and dead bugs and the wading pool was extremely dirty. I think a guy came to clean the pool the weekend before we left, so the water was somewhat cleaner, but the rest of the area remained the same. We didn’t spend as much time at the ocean with not having chairs, so the pool was utilized more and I think it could have been so much better than it was.
Overall, it was adequate to meet our needs.
