Location is great. Clean room, friendly staff.

The price was exceptional value for money. I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of rooms and the hotel itself. The staff were very accommodating and helpful offering top notch customer service with a smile. We opted for lunch - The meals were served quickly, in large portions and quite tasty. As well as the bar , The bottle shop was attached to the hotel which was very handy. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation. Thank you Brighton Hotel

There was very little to dislike but I did note that Check in took a little longer than expected. There seemed to be a little disorganisation with paperwork but considering the barmaid had many duties at hand this was not a huge issue. My cousin and I were travelling together - upon check in we were allocated rooms on seperate floors therefore I did have to request rooms next to each other. I would have assumed that this could/ should have been offered seeing we had booked two rooms and were travelling together but none the less they were happy to assist upon requested.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Whole place needs an upgrade.

Reception check in was too hard to fine, all the signs pointing to reception were contradictory.

The bathroom had a stench about it , it smelt like stale urine , we spoke to the Service Worker she said she would let them know about it . The room was not cleaned, which means the ‘Stench ‘ was not addressed whilst we were there.

Staff and location was great. Nice big room and quiet.

Price was great, within walking distance to beautiful walkway along the water. Great food at the hotel. Excellent customer service.

Our only complaint was there was no curtain on a window over doorway, the veranda light was on all night which kept waking us up.

Good hotel, good experience in general. Accomodated our arrival time. Dinner and service was good.

Cleaning service kicked out of our roome quite rudely - although it was check out time, however i was on the phone with my USA bank because my credit card was locked. It was essential to finish that phone call. I would have appreciated a little bit of flexibility.

The Brighton hotel is the perfect location for myself and I always enjoy the friendly staffs, it’s the best value for money in this area!! I have never been disappointed and I will keep my bookings of minimum 3 times a year.😀

A picturesque location especially if you're on the upper level. Nice staff. Very handy position if you're visiting or doing business on the north side of Brisbane or in Redcliffe.

Unfortunately for me, I was unable to have a shower. The shower door takes up a large portion of the entrance to the shower cubicle even when slid entirely back. I'm not the fattest fellow in the world but I am a tall and manly gent with a larger-than-average physique and for the life of me, I could not squeeze through the opening to the shower cubicle. Embarrassing? Yes. Inconvenient after a long sweaty drive of 6 hours to get to the hotel? Definitely.
