Le pareti verdi rilassanti e i raffinati pavimenti piastrellati distinguono questo condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni meravigliosamente arredato da molti altri. L'arredamento della zona giorno comprende un comodo divano e due poltrone, dove è possibile rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di divertimento al sole e guardare i tuoi programmi o film preferiti sul televisore a schermo piatto a parete, che dispone di un lettore DVD. La tua cucina è completamente attrezzata per tutte le tue esigenze di cottura, e due deliziosi sgabelli sono nel delizioso bar per la colazione in granito. The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Completely furnished with everything that you could possibly need for your stay and more. The complementary starter packs of toiletries and kitchen products was a nice touch. We had only one issue with the condo when we first arrived - the door to the washer/dryer was broken into pieces, it looked like it may have been hit with a cleaning cart or something on the way out. I called and reported it immediately to Brett Robinson and they were extremely helpful. The rest of the trip with smooth sailing and relaxing. The only complaint that I have about the Phoenix East property itself is that the pool needed to be cleaned more often. However, the staff was great. They even turned on the lights to the pickleball courts for my husband and boys to play later in the evenings. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future.

I come to Orange Beach every year but this is my first time staying at a Phoenix property. I was not very impressed. The morning after arriving I contacted the service desk to change the light bulb in the kitchen. Later that same afternoon I asked a 2nd time. The light was not fixed until the day before we left because I called a 3rd time to complain. It was so dark in the kitchen I couldn’t even tell if the ground meat was cooked without holding a flashlight. I also thought the lighting in the master bath where the shower is located was very bad. This unit needs some upgrades and repairs. The dryer barely worked to dry towels. The door to laundry area was all beat up and barely hanging on. Besides the room, we had a good time because we love the area!! Next time I don’t believe I will book at a Phoenix property.
