Questo splendido 3 camere da letto, 3. 75 residenza cittadina bagno si trova sul picco 10 con una vista mozzafiato di Breckenridge. Questo è un ottimo posto per sciare in / ski out per sciatori di livello intermedio, perché è accessibile solo da una corsa di diamanti neri dalla vetta 10. This townhouse is spacious and comfortable. It is good that we read previous reviews and knew to get 2 parking permits. The basement heat wasn’t working and it was quite cold, though a space heater is provided. The master bedroom radiant heating in the floor also wasn’t working so we reported it to the management company and never heard back from them. The owners do not pay for snow removal on the deck so we could not use the grill for cooking.

It was a very nice townhome with a well equipped kitchen, and a nice outside propane grill. There was plenty of room for two people, but it has beds for 8 people, and it would have been crowded with 8 people. It had very nice access to the Burro Trail, as well as several other trails on and around the ski slopes. The only issue with location is for riding the free city busses. The nearest bus stop is over half a mile away, down a fairly long hill. We never received any instructions as to where to leave the keys when checking out before the 10 am checkout time, which is the same time as the office opens.

I took a trip with some friends to ski for a few days, and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, and could have probably house 6-8 people if we needed to. Close enough to the slopes that we could walk to them in the morning and afternoon.
