The condo was clean and nice. The only issue we had was leaking faucets, but it didn't dampen our fun at all. We love the location and the facilities! Our 2yr old grandson loved the splash pad so much!!We have stayed in the Phoenix complex before and loved it! I'm not sure if we will ever stay there again. The price for a parking pass continues to increase and 70 to park your vehicle after paying the price for the condo rental is absurd and that's a shame because we love the cleanliness, the facilities, and the location so much.

The convenience of the condo was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the beach, with the pool and ramp being so close to us. It was nice for our family with 2 small children and the pool was wonderful. On the other hand, our condo was so disgusting and filthy. The sheets on the pull out couch had stains on them and the floor was so dirty that my daughter’s feet were so dark on the first day we arrived. We couldn’t even put our 8 month old son down on the ground to crawl because it was just that dirty. He had to sit in a pack and play most of the time due to not only the floor being dirty, but the floors in the bedrooms were not clicked together and could’ve pinched his fingers. Also in one of the bathrooms, it had this awful whistling noise every time we flushed the toilet. I would say that the pictures are very deceiving for what we thought we were getting. The property manager was very sweet and helped us with some of the issues we were having, but still disappointed in the quality of the room for what we paid.
