Situato in Minturn, questo affascinante casa a 488 € per notte è un fantastico opzione per il tuo prossimovacanza. Una bella casa unifamiliare con un tocco contemporaneo, completata nel gennaio 2010. Questo è uno di un tipo casa con fascia alta finiture in tutto. Situato alla fine del famoso Minturn Mile indietro percorso - Piste da Vail montagna a casa tua! In estate, il sentiero di Lionshead Rock è proprio fuori dalla porta posteriore. La grande sala spettacolare è elegantemente arredata e ideale per riunioni di famiglia o piccoli gruppi, con incredibile vista sulle montagne e scogliere in tutte le direzioni. Ci sono porte scorrevoli in vetro ad un grande ponte sul davanti e cortile sul retro. La cucina è dotata di armadi brillantezza moderni e piani di lavoro in granito. La camera da letto principale ha porte scorrevoli in vetro di un balcone con vista prato di montagna, un letto matrimoniale, un bel bagno calcare con enorme vasca soaker e una doccia a vapore. Le tre camere da letto tutte dotate di letti matrimoniali e bagni in pietra calcarea (uno con una grande doccia, l'altro due con vasca / doccia) La terza camera dispone anche di un divano letto pieno. C'è una stanza di fango e un 2 box auto riscaldato con portasci. Deve essere visto per apprezzare. Le case così belle non sono normalmente affittate. La casa è gestita da Minturn Rentals

First of all, Tom, the owner, is quick to respond to the smallest question and is a marvelous host.
The house is absolutely lovely: huge windows with gorgeous trees in view, fabulous kitchen and living room, beautifully decorated room on lower level with its own bathroom and comfortable twin beds. The decks are wonderful. Be aware that the house is on 3 levels.
We stayed in Minturn years ago when we skied Vail and found it very convenient. This trip was June and we visited Camp Hale National Monument and took a guided open jeep tour of the area where my father had been a ski instructor for the famous 10th Mountain Division during WWII.
The house is perfect. Enjoy!

Stayed here with my family and friends for spring break. Terrific home with outstanding kitchen and family room. Excellent for those who like to cook! Located at the end of the local favorite “Minturn Mile”. A few of us decided to do the Minturn Mile on our last skiing day as a culmination of our ski trip. Thank you Tom!

This has been by far our favorite rental property we have stayed at. From an extremely easy check-in process, to a beautiful home with everything you need and more, I cannot recommend this property enough. We had all intentions of going out for dinner every night and ended up staying in, cooking and enjoying our family. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook. We loved watching the skiers come down from the Minturn Mile run. If this house is available for future family vacations, we will definitely be rebooking. Thank you Tom, this trip has definitely been one of our favorite family vacations.

We had multiple adult couples stay for a family wedding. Location was just a few minutes from Vail which is where we spent most of our free time.
We loved the top floor living area, kitchen and outside decks. The kitchen was well stocked, the dining table was extra large and there was ample seating outside. Also, the windows were amazing.
The master bedroom was nice, all rooms had a private bath and we used the laundry room several times. Very convenient.
The downstairs bedroom is advertised as a queen bed plus a fold out couch, it had 2 twin beds and a fold out couch rather than a queen. This was an issue for our group of all couples.
The house is right next to a hiking trail.
Also, there is a Mexican food restaurant that served very good Tex-mex at the bottom of the hill.
There was a mix up at check in and the house was still being cleaned. Once we were able to check in, our stay was great.

House was set up perfectly from the full stocked kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms. Would love to stay here again.

We VERY MUCH enjoyed this property. The views were incredible. We enjoyed just reading by the amazing fire everyday (slopes were not open yet). Plenty of room for larger groups that would allow everyone to still have their own space. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. You wouldn't have to leave if you didn't want to:) Minturn is a GREAT little town. Great restaurants and little shops. We will definitely be back. Vail Village and Lionshead are just a few minute drive down the road. It is a great central location! Next time we stay we want to try the infamous "Minturn Mile" and end at the Minturn Saloon.

Great property and set up well for groups of 8-10. Location is great between Vail and Beaver Creek. The town of Minturn is also pretty cute with a few casual, but good restaurants and bars. Overall great stay and great house for a family get away.

We had a wonderful time! The house interior is very beautiful... with nice finishes!
The windows all around, and the views are amazing.
The kitchen is fantastic, and very well equipped with cooking utensils. The only problem that we had was the dish washer... it was not working. We sent a message to the manager but unfortunately we didn't get a response.
The garage is nice but only one of our cars could fit in because all the outdoor furniture was stored inside the garage.
There is a nice hike / trail that starts next to the house.
Vail is easily accessible from the house.
I really recommend to anyone looking to ski at Vail or Lionshead. We can't wait to return.

Perfect for our group of three couples in town for a wedding. Well-appointed, plenty of space for entertaining. Bedrooms all en suite. Minturn is a charming little mountain town. Feels quiet and isolated, but it's just a short drive to the freeway and Vail.

This home is nicely furnished, has a large great room and kitchen, 3 outdoor patios, and a nice hike directly behind it (Game Creek to Cougar Ridge). The drive into Vail is quick, Minturn is in walking distance. We were allowed early check-in since we had people arriving at different times. Beds were comfy, basement had a kids area, plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating. We were very pleased.
