I Loved there were two bathrooms! The washer and dryer was next to the tub we could put our sandy stuff in the washer and shower. View was stunning! The fridge is the coldest I have ever had at the beach. The bunk beds were so comfortable and the pull out sofa. The bed was big and comfortable. I do wish there was a black out curtain In the room bc the outside light is bright. The air was outstanding. We were able to get in early and not have to wait. Wonderful communication and hospitality!

We have stayed here before, but not this particular unit. Just a few suggestions: ditch the plastic patio furniture and get some good polly furniture that last a long time for the balcony. The shower curtain & rod needs replacement. Shower curtain hangs too low and is a stepping hazard in the tub. You need charging stations . Some of the outlets in kitchen don't work. It would have been nice to put our valuables in the safe while at the beach, but there was not a key. Usually a push button safe to create pin for safe would have been nice, but no key. We were told safe wasn't for guest use. Actually the unit needs fresh paint needs renovation. With the cost of staying there this unit needs to feel like new and not old and outdated. Awesome location! Love the beach and free chairs on the beach!!

I have stayed in this building before. I have loved everyplace I have stayed. This unit needs some updating. I can take older but not neglected. The baseboards are so scuffed up that it feels dirty. The toilet paper holder in the bedroom toilet area won’t stay on so the toilet paper falls everytime you use it. The WIFI router looks to be from 10 years ago and we had to reset it every night but one. You provide a million dollar view and dollar general chairs to set on. The place is neglected and you can see from the stains on the ceiling, fire sprinkler hanging out of the ceiling and rusted outlet on the deck. The good.., we love this location. Ease of checking in and again the location. The water pressure was good. I would not stay here again.
