The suite was very nice. It was in a brand-new building and very clean. The suite's interior was beautiful and very spacious. Having access to a washing machine and a full kitchen was really nice when traveling with a toddler.
The building we were assigned (8000) was a mile up a mountain from the rest of the resort. It made it difficult to enjoy the resort amenities. If we wanted to be isolated in the woods, we would have rented a private cabin and not stayed at a resort.
Our neighbors smoked on the balcony the entire stay, so we could not enjoy the balcony with our toddler. Also, our balcony overlooked a septic tank and construction pit, so not a pretty sight unless you look far into the distance.
I did not realize that there would be no daily room service so I had to wash our towels in the in-suite washing machine and mop our floors while on vacation. Not a big deal, but it is not what I expected when booking a resort.
