Staff was very responsive about loud neighbors. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Within walking distance to the venue our girls had their volleyball tournament.
Bathroom sink in the lobby was dirty (someone cut their hair in it?) for over a day. One of the elevators sounded like it was breaking as you rode it. Asked for late checkout and couldn’t get it without being a member (I actually am a member but happened to book under a third party in a pinch).

The property was very helpful after you dropped the ball as, even with a confirmation number from you, there was no room held. We booed it months before our trip.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the location was convenient.

The room was very modern looking and clean. USB-A ports all over the room. Plenty of outlets all over the room. A ton of things around the hotel, including a Wal-mart across the street and an Outback in the same parking lot. A Keurig coffee machine in the room with a few options to make.
Some of the USBs were broken. No microwave in the room. I needed to heat up a baby bottle and I had to go downstairs to the bar to use a microwave.

The size of the room for a hanicap person.
I had to change my handicap room (419) in the middle of the night (10:00 pm) due to the toilet was broken. Manager came up to the room to assess the problem.
I had to move to another room. Also, had a flight at 8:00 am the next morning.

the food is the buffet is bad quality
rooms are confortable and big but once you get into the room there is a really bad smell… we got there at 1 am and couldn’t ask for a change of room bc we were too tired

This property charges an extra $100 a day surprise holding fee upon arrival if you book through booking.com. The money is not returned instantly when checking out. It has been a week and a half since I left funds still haven’t been returned. The staff is no help at all but the hotel itself is clean.
I don’t like how the staff doesn’t know much. They aren’t trained in customer service. You help your customers. Customers are how the business keeps running to be able to have a job.

Cleanliness of the hotel and room and the staff were helpful and polite
Bed was not as comfortable as I would like and I felt the breakfast should have been free for what it was. Not worth $12. Most hotels with continental breakfast have it for free.

The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was mediocre for the $11.99 charge. Most hotels would have provided that level of food for free. Got stuck between floors in the elevator because of a power outage (briefly, fortunately) -- then asked how I could walk up stairs to my room to avoid the elevator and was told that all doors on the ground level were locked and that walking wasn't an option.

No parking, kids running around and knocking on doors, and roaches.

Breakfast was amazing. Polite servers and attentive. Food choices changed each day we were here. A very large room and breakfast was included.
Housekeeping did a great job. .
Bigger sign to find it. Lol. Hard to see low sign on side of driveway. Look for the Outback .
