initially I liked everything about the property. the front desk associate Ron. was great, and very thorough.

after my very accommodating stay, around 10am. an hour before Check out. housekeeping walked right into the room without even knocking and me and my girlfriend were in the middle of changing.

Breakfast was excellent and the lady kept it so clean n very pleasant

Great location. You are near a major shopping center with many restaurants nearby plus drivable to beach. The bed were extremely comfortable. And great value for the price. Also the continental breakfast was very helpful for our large family.

Our pull out bed was not working properly. It seems like some Sat through the bed and it was broken. Unfortunately children had to sleep at angle because the couch being broken. If someone can fix the couch that would be a better stay. At the continental breakfast, the eggs are very pre-made and somewhat not appetizing to eat. If there could be any way to have fresher scramble egg option, I’m sure this would be helpful to the guests.

we suspect that the linen was not replaced, or washed. we had to immediately request clean linen from downstairs.

The bed was SUPER comfortable! Good water pressure in the shower! Roomy room!

There was mold in the shower on the wall and ceiling!

trying to get out onto the main road is the only problem there should be a light for that intersection

Booking was all wrong ,had lots of difficulty checking in and out And our discounts were not applied for the stay

Excellent breakfast. Very clean and. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. Reserved a king size bed and they had us down for 2 queens so upgraded us to a king suite. We needed early checkin for a wedding and staff was very accommodating.

The bed was very comfortable.

Our microwave was broke along w a lamp. Our shower and sink kept clogging up. The room had a weird smell on the first floor. Breakfast closes at 10 am instead of 11 am. Or 11 30 am. The waitress was actually rude in many aspects. The front desk staff and housekeeping were great.
