This is a good location for a ‘Canadian cabin’ experience. We had elk roaming the property in the morning, and the walk by the Athabasca River is very nice; it is well developed by the bungalows but peters out quite quickly after that.
The wifi is truly terrible.

Fantastic location and staff! It was our anniversary, and we had a nice treat in our room waiting for us! They went above and beyond.
Everything was perfect!

Good location, peaceful and nice near the river.
Checkin lacked a bit of making us feel warm and welcome. Offered check in pack - which turned out to a be a small glass of juice. This did nothing for the welcome process - it was a bit strange.

Parking was very good
We liked the firepit in the evening
The checking in process took a significant amount of time which was frustrating
The room was not cleaned and the bins had not been empties. However when we brought this to their attention the matter was resolved to our satisfaction.
