Beautiful location well kept clean apartment
Late check in and early checkout

The location, view and beach are incredible. You can’t beat having the end unit overlooking the water. The bathrooms are nice and the washer/dryer combo is convenient. The beach service and private beach are worth the stay.
The floor was dirty-it was either swept or vacuumed but walking around either in socks or barefoot-your feet turned black. It definitely needed to be mopped. The LR furniture could use a good cleaning. These were relatively minor issues. My biggest complaint is the noise from the upper unit-half way through our stay, a family with small kids arrived above us and from that point on it was nothing but constant thumping and banging.

Access to the beach
People that were not staying at the condo were on our private beach all day due to public access between condos. No one did anything about it.
