I always stay here when I'm in Olathe, it's quiet, the rooms are clean and updated and they have breakfast. Staff is always very friendly

Breakfast was okay
Two nights were booked initially but I end up staying 1 night and booking.com don’t want to refund me the balance. I am highly disappointed in booking.com since all your commercials are fake.

The staff was excellent.
The neighborhood. The parking lot needs to be resurfacing. An update would really really help. The plumbing is poor standing in water in the shower.
