Location and staff.
Shower spray left a lot to be desired - I could not adjust it. Also, the window rattled all night.

The pool area is very nice, very nice lounge chairs, very comfortable and clean. In the room The showers had great pressure. The access to the beach was nice and easy. There's a sound behind the hotel thats beautiful. The one housekeeper i wish I remembered her name, she had glasses, she was awesome. She brought me a fresh stack of towels, washcloths, hand towels as soon as I sat the old dirty towels out. Wifi worked well.
The bed was really hard to sleep in. The mattress was so uncomfortable we (my husband and i) couldn't sleep more than 45mins without waking up. The pillows were the larger size but they had nothing in them. I believe they were the feathered kind, or maybe the down pillows but they were so worn out they were literally flat!
The snack machine was very empty. The ice machine had black stuff all over where the ice comes out. Just looks like it really could use a good cleaning.
