This unit was fantastic for our large group. The location cannot be beat with a quick 2 minute walk to the lift. Morning coffee looking at the mountain from the dining and living room areas was amazing. Town is a quick walk and we never moved the car after arriving into the unit. Heated garage was a huge plus for departure. The unit is significantly stocked with pots and pans along with silverware and plates. Just an amazing unit for the price.

No need to leave the property very often as photos from the condo are awesome! We had snow, snow, snow. Elevator up to our condo. Only wish we could have had a luggage cart to carry our things up. The only thing that could have made things a little easier. Loved it though. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay. It was very spacious for our family of 7 and everything was clean. We liked having a washer and dryer in the unit. The location was just perfect. It was a very short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The little river right outside the unit was so peaceful to listen to and view. We would definitely stay here again. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time. The condo with the large windows made you feel like you were living in a tree house. Easy elevator access, nice pool and hot tubs. Loved being so close to town with the teens. We went river rafting and hiked Mohawk Lake trail.

We absolutely loved this property. We ended up with 6 in our party and there was still plenty of room for more. Wonderful views, walking paths, well maintained and within walking distances to the town. Only improvement would be replacing grill on balcony. Only one lighter would lite. Recommend extending pool hours!

We have an annual trip to the mountains every summer and this is one of the best places we've stayed. The unit was spacious, great floor plan with lots of natural light and the views were the best. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and communication was good.
Two things for improvement: There was no luggage cart when we arrived so getting our bags to the unit required a few trips back and forth; directions regarding the location of the pool/hot tub could have been a bit clearer. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay. We'll stay here again when we come to Breckinridge.

This property is amazing - The pictures and description do not do it justice. We spent a long Thanksgiving weekend in the mountains with our two sons, aged 11 and 8.
CONDO:
The pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous. The layout is perfect for a larger family or multiple families to spread out and be comfortable. They have everything you need and more throughout the cabin. Tons of extra towels and bedding, fans, humidifiers, cards, puzzles, sleds for the kids, etc. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving feast! The VIEWS are absolutely incredible. I tried hard to capture pictures from every angle and none even remotely compared to the real experience. It is breathtaking. The only thing missing was binoculars or a telescope so that we could watch the skiers on top of the peaks!
LOCATION:
The location is perfect. There is a direct walking path into Main Street Station area which takes about 2 minutes. You can leave the condo and head straight down to the creek or Quicksilver lift. While we were there, we saw lots of fox and moose right off of the patio. The Columbine Pool House is directly across the street, a much easier walk than most units/buildings have. Parking was convenient. We rarely used the car once we arrived unless we were heading off of the normal beating path.
CHECK-IN:
The entire check-in and communication process was a breeze. We were texted instructions immediately upon the unit being ready that included access and parking info. It was a slight bummer that check-in isn't until 4:00pm because our flight arrived around 7:00am, but there isn't much that can be done about that while still allowing the unit to be perfectly presentable upon arrival. The only other thing that I wished we had known was that the pool area did not provide towels. The first night we didn't bring our own so it was a chilly walk/run back to the unit! After that we were definitely prepared.
Overall, this place is spectacular. You will not go wrong renting it and we are hoping to stay there again in the future!

We loved staying here! It was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with all sorts of pots/pans/utensils. There were 9 girls and there was plenty of room to sleep as well as plenty of bathrooms which is always a plus! The location was great as it was only 5 minutes away from downtown so everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The kids enjoyed having their own getaway space in the loft area and we loved the convenience of being able to walk to the quicksilver and beaver run express lifts. We took the kids to the hot tubs one day which was just across the street and had lockers rooms for changing. The furniture and some of the kitchen ware was a little worn in the condo but overall this was a great place - good set up and unbeatable location. We walked everywhere.

Absolutely stunning penthouse condo, the tub after a long day on the mountain…. Incredible.
The only thing I did not like was checking in so late and the guidance was not the greatest. I wish they had a code door, would be the best ever if it did.

Excellent place
Very nice location. Well appointed. Was a little frustrated at check in when it was reported that cleaning was done early, but the inspector said to hold it till 4 PM check in time….no reason why. Small maintenance issue was fixed even though we said it could wait until we checked out. Interestingly, we could never get the baseboard heater at the entrance area to work(to dry off coats, boots, etc.)….even maintenance man who was there could not figure it out….no thermostat or dial on unit. Maintenance guy said he was gonna look into it on his own. Does need more detailed instructions on how to operate the TV, as there were 2 different remotes and there was a considerable lag in the turn on sequence which required a lot of push a button and wait to see if anything happened….finally figured it out. Overall, very nice unit with plenty of room.

Very nice condo with expansive views of the mountains, tastefully decorated, sturdy furniture, tons of space, heated garage, elevator and steps away from the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Couldn't ask for more!
