Great property! Has everything you need.

We have been coming to Destin for over 10 years. This has been the best condo we have stayed in. We have stayed at the Destin beach club before but this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Beautifully updated and very clean.

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I to spend a long weekend without the kids. Gorgeous place with gorgeous views! Very clean, quiet area. The host was wonderful and quick to return communication. We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve been staying at this exact condo for years and it’s hands down the best location with the best views of the beach!! Very nice, updated, clean, and everything you could need is at this condo. Love having only one row of umbrellas on the beach and being able to walk to our favorite restaurant, the Back Porch. We’ll have to book early for this gem, but we’ll be back!

The place was beautiful. Very close to the beach. Great view and very spacious for a family of five. Close to everything. We had a good time and will plan to come back later.

Overall our family vacation was great . Perfect location with short walking distance to the beach and shopping center in Destin. Kids loved the pool & hot tub. Room is nicely renovated. Only issue we had the floor & bed sheets were not cleaned upon arrival and 1 of the bathrooms’ door doesn’t shut all the way. There were a lot of hair & sand on the floor, we had to sweep the floor and wash the white bed sheets .

I definitely recommend staying here! The condo was very clean and updated with a gorgeous view of the ocean! Right across the street is an arcade, putt putt and go carts which is super convenient if you have kids! It was a great stay!

Unit 306 was clean and just as advertised. Very nice spot to get married on the beach right in front of the property

This is a great place for a couple. Very bright and all new upgrades. Bed was comfortable. Husband said shower in master bath was possibly best shower he had every seen. Washer and dryer a plus. View is great. You don't even have to stand up to see the beach and ocean from the sofa. Beach was uncrowded and place is very centrally located. Owner is very easy to communicate with and his top priority is to give his guests a great experience. If there is an issue, do not hesitate to reach out. Even with just two people, the extra bathroom is great. Umbrellas and chairs are not included in rental but can be easily reserved in the office. All codes worked without trouble. TV in living room is great. Hope to go back again.

I never write reviews but this one i had to! Upon arrival, the unit was exceptionally clean. Very easy access to the beach especially with our small children. The condo was very updated, the master bath shower was to die for! The only suggestion i have is maybe to add an extra deadbolt lock or safety lock at the top? Our 4 year old was able to open the door very easily so we felt a little uneasy but other than that, it was perfect!

It was everything we were looking for great location…the host was easy to get ahold of and very sweet …the place was beautiful and clean had everything we needed we will definitely e staying again ❤️

This property is absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival, everything was neat and clean. Being recently remodeled makes this an even greater stay. All the amenities are included and helped us save money by not eating out every meal. Beds are comfy, master shower is amazing, Wi-Fi coverage is good and the addition of tvs was a nice benefit as well. Wait, I haven’t even talked about the view and access to the beach. Wow! Incredible! Thanks Randy for a memorable vacation! We will book again.

Can’t get much closer to the beach! Condo is clean, easy to access, near everything Destin. Love the master shower. We will continue to stay here in the future, whenever possible.

We liked the smaller complex right on the beach! We could walk to The Back Porch for dinner which was nice!

Highly Recommend this condo!!! Very clean. Awesome view of the ocean. There was a fresh clean beachy fragrance when we entered. The decor and furnishings were new and modern. The beach was easily accessible. We enjoyed our walks on the white sandy beach which was well kept and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish the volleyball net had been up like in the picture. We bought a volleyball just for it only to realize it wasn’t up

Great property and location.

The unit, the location, the view-it was all perfect. We had a wonderful 5 day stay. The unit is nicely appointed with all things needed for a long stay. Randy was super prompt and responsive. Loved it!

The condo is beautiful and is in a great location. Unfortunately, this was our first negative experience with a VRBO stay and our last time using VRBO. During our stay, I texted the owner to let him know that the fabric on the pull-out sofa bed was ripped (which holds up the mattress). I was courteous and complimentary of his condo in that text. Because of the ripped fabric, the mattress was not supported and could not be slept on by my son. The booklet on the kitchen island listed the owner's number and said to contact him if needed. Later, he claimed that he does not respond unless the message is received through the VRBO site. We dealt with the sleeping situation (although it was not ideal), and still had a great trip. At the end of our stay, I swept the floors and tidied up the condo like I do anytime I stay with VRBO or other rental site. I always ensure my family is respectful of the properties in which we stay. 9 days after we checked out, the owner notified me that the housekeeper found a chip in the rear right side of the glass cooktop (which we did not cause). After back and forth emails, he charged me the $350 damage deposit. I contacted VRBO and disputed the charge. VRBO's response is that there is nothing they can do and they encouraged us to continue working with the owner. The major concern I have here is that the renter is powerless unless the renter takes photos of EVERY ounce of wear and tear on the property IMMEDIATELY UPON CHECK-IN. Please learn from my naivety. My explanation to the owner and to VRBO was that when I did not receive a response from the owner about something that DID negatively impact our stay (the pull-out sofa), I figured the stovetop and any other minor worn or broken items that weren’t going to impede our stay in a major way did not warrant reaching out to the owner (since he didn’t seem concerned with the pull out couch situation which DID impact our stay). Very frustrating as a renter who has had otherwise very positive experiences. Also of note - the unit is advertised as sleeping 6, but Randy stated in a VRBO message that the maximum # of people allowed in the unit is 5. I only recommend staying in this unit if you take photos and notify the owner IMMEDIATELY during your stay (through the VRBO website) of ANY wear and tear...no matter how major or minor.

Would stay here again. Great location - We were able to walk to our favorite restaurant and the putt putt. I was worried it would be loud being across from the go-karts, but it wasn’t. Unit was clean and nice. We had issues with the TV, so I messaged the host and he called me within minutes and it was fixed quickly. The only recommendations I have would be to add a deadbolt to the door, and include beach chair / umbrella rental with the unit rental.

This property is a vacation paradise! Perfect size for the two of us. Only a few feet from the beautiful sandy beach so the view from the balcony was spectacular. VERY clean and newly updated. Check-in was easy. We will definitely be back to stay again…and again…and again.

It’s hard in todays climate to find something/someone that stays true to their word. This listing is an exception to that. This beautiful condo is exactly how it is in person as it is advertised. Extremely clean, beautiful and tasteful design inside, with the perfect location in Destin with everything within a quick drive. I will highly recommend this condo to people in the future, and will hopefully return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was updated very nicely. The beach chair rental was not included in the unit rental price but we knew that going into it. The beach is beautiful.

My husband, son, and I absolutely loved everything about this condo. It was everything as advertised. Super clean, right on the beach, and in an excellent location. We were just minutes away from everything. Super convenient. Didn’t have any issues our entire stay. We will definitely be back in the future. This has been my most favorite beach condo I’ve ever stayed in. Exceeded our expectations!
