We stayed here for a family thanksgiving week at my brother’s in Brevard. The place was even nicer than the picture. It’s quite spacious and the rooms were big. The living room and dining room area was spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy cooking space. Loved having the big backyard with our granddaughter. It was so easy to walk downtown from here as well. The hosts were fast with responses and asked if we needed anything else. I visit my brother in Brevard often and I will always see if this place is available before I do anything. Thank you yo the Davis’s

The house was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for our needs... 3 adult women. We were visiting a family member. When we go back, we will definitely try to rent this house again.

We came to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains and had a great stay. So close to all you would want to
do. We were so excited on the morning of leaving we saw
three white squirrels at the end of the road. Home was

We enjoyed our stay in Brevard. The house was just as described. Everything we needed was at the house. We loved the big backyard and saw a deer with her baby, all different kinds of birds, a fox and several squirrels. We did finally see a few white squirrels in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was very quiet and even though there was a house next door we felt secluded. We did several hikes to waterfalls in DuPont Forest and went to some of the shops. We also ate at our favorite restaurant Blue Smoke! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin!

This great house is located right in town, close to the main highways, but in a peaceful neighborhood, with a back yard that is bordered by woods. So, you get a country feel, but no long drive is needed to get to all the great places in Brevard to eat out and shop. It is convenient to Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, Gorges SP, and interesting nearby towns like Hendersonville and Saluda as well. The owners have it equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen and laundry room are great, with all the essentials and then some provided. The beds are very comfy. It's quiet and private, so, easy to get a good night's sleep. The yard is great, and the garage, which is kind of a rustic rec room, with ping pong table and TV is a good safe place to store bikes. I would definitely consider renting this home again. It made our stay in this beautiful area even more relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a great trip to hike and enjoy the Mt. Song Festival! This was a nice house for us because of the location and the layout. Plenty of room to gather to cook, eat, or visit on one side of the house with bedrooms on the other side. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a basement where kids could hang out and play ping pong, a nice deck for eating outside, and a large back yard with some yard toys provided. It was just as advertised.

We have visited Brevard each summer for 25 years and this is one of my very favorite spots. The location is in a cute, quiet neighborhood that's an 9 minute walk from downtown. The house is bright (with the exception of just one bedroom) with huge windows and a beautiful view of a forrest and creek from the living room. The beds and couches were so comfortable (that's not a small detail).The kitchen has all the stuff you need. Laundry is conveniently located. The house was spotless--no signs of mice, bugs, or any other critters. We're definitely coming back next year.

A group of friends came for 4 days of mountain biking. It was the perfect house for us. Plenty of beds and in a great location. The host was very thoughtful in the accommodations and notes. The house was well stocked with supplies all the things to keep us comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We only had 5 days to stay, but in that time we found a clean and well maintained home with all that we needed, and a lovely neighborhood. We found plenty to do in the surrounding area: waterfalls, hiking, dining, shopping. We enjoyed spotting the white squirrels which were easily found in the neighborhood. The only problem we had at the home was easily taken care of with a phone call to the host. Pleasant, quiet and clean!

Your home is even better than the pictures. Everything was as expected. Thank you for the beverages and snacks. We loved sitting on the deck while thoroughly enjoying the beautiful backyard settings.. We will be back!

Our stay here was perfect and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this house and we will be staying here again for sure. We visited our daughter at college and we hosted a few of her friends at the house for dinner. The house is spacious with plenty of room for us all to hang out. Overall a great experience.

Great Stay
We loved the location of this property: walk to tennis courts, local park, downtown Brevard. Short drive to hiking trails and water falls in Pisgah National Forest and Blueridge Parkway.
The house is very clean, well maintained, fully stocked kitchen. The big windows facing the backyard are awesome! We had the comfort of modern amenities and a sense of living in the wilderness...
Definitely will recommend to families and friends.

Smooth as Butter
Communication was excellent. Smart locks are the bee's knees. The labeling of the light switches was genius. Our group of 4 had a great week! The house was perfect for us, and the basement garage was handy to store our mountain bikes. The steep driveway took a little getting used to. The on street parking was a nice alternative to the driveway.

Loved this property! Everything was great. The driveway is gravel and a little step. We had trouble getting up the first day, but then we parked on the street so we didn’t have to worry about it.

Just right!
This is a perfect place regardless if you’re in town for adventure or R&R! It’s a short drive to town, but quiet neighborhood to relax in. Plenty of space, and fully stocked kitchen that will make you feel at home.
For us primarily wanting to mountain bike, the washer and drier were a huge plus! But my favorite thing was the living room view and looking at the back yard creek! (Saw the white squirrel of course, but also two blue herons!)

The house worked out great for our trip to NC to mountain bike. We got to see 2 deer and a white squirrel in the back year. Very centrally located to downtown and DuPont, Pisgah and Kanuga trails. Had a great time. Thank you for letting us use your house for a few days!

Excellent from start to finish
Brevard is an awesome town and this home is perfectly situated for access to everything it has to offer. It's a very short and direct walk to downtown. The side streets are quiet and charming. The property was thoroughly cleaned before arrival, making the updated interior really shine. All of the beds, sofas, and chairs are super comfortable. The large windows in the living room offer a fantastic view of the expansive back yard that's perfect for sipping your morning coffee while contemplating the beauty of life. But after that, you'd better get to some hikes and waterfalls. Western NC is choked with a phenomenal amount of natural beauty and Brevard is an ideal jumping off point. This time around, my brothers and I hit up Caesar's Head State Park (SC) which has stunning views and something for any skill level. The 8.5-mile loop of Dismal Trail to Raven Cliff Falls is no joke, but 100% worth it if you can manage the ups and downs. Just one of many spots you can get to in 15-20 minutes from this house.
No complaints here. This was one of the best proprieties I've stayed in while visiting Brevard and I've been daydreaming about staying here again. Thanks for everything!

Excellent
In Brevard for 4 days to do some mountain biking and this home was very clean with a nice layout that included comfortable living room couches. The kitchen was well stocked, internet worked great and the TV and all appliances were simple to use. Location was great being so close to town. Highly recommend.

Stay at property after Christmas to relax after hectic Christmas. Kids enjoyed the many games and walk into town.
