Completamente rinnovato nel 2017. Il condominio comprende un kichen completo, lavatrice / asciugatrice, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, camera da letto separata e una terrazza con vista sull'oceano. Questo condominio si trova all'ultimo piano e un'unità terminale per una maggiore privacy.
La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e nel soggiorno c'è un letto matrimoniale estraibile. È un divano di fascia alta e il letto è estremamente comodo (non come un tipico letto estraibile).
Per raggiungere l'appartamento è necessario un volo di Staris. Mi dispiace ma un ascensore non è disponibile.
Il condominio non accetta animali domestici. È consentito fumare solo nelle aree designate. Deve avere almeno 25 anni.
Ci sono due punti di accesso alla spiaggia vicino al condominio. Uno a nord e l'altro a sud. Entrambi sono a circa un isolato dal condominio. L'accesso a sud offre un accesso più facile alla spiaggia (meno scale rispetto all'accesso a nord). Ha anche una rampa dove puoi guidare la tua auto sulla spiaggia. Questa è un'ottima soluzione se hai molti rifornimenti o preferisci non camminare.

This was a beautiful, perfect place to stay for our short trip to the coast. The views of the ocean from the front room were incredible and will provide lasting memories. We will stay again. Thank you

Beautiful view, very clean, nicely updated place, cute decor, comfortable bed, everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean even on gray November days. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My mom and I visited Oregon for the first time and stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect! Adorable condo overlooking the beach. We walked to dinner each night we were there.

We loved our cozy little condo unit on the ocean. Great updated 1 bedroom condo. The bed was comfy and the shower was updated. All the necessary amenities. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach snd watching the sunset and waves. It was easy checking and check out process and the owner responds very quickly if needed. Easy parking snd centrally located to food and beach access points.

This was a beautiful little condo, just right for the two of us. It would work for a family with younger children by using the pull out couch in the living area but would be tight for four adults. Great ocean view and all amenities we expected.

This is an attractively decorated and clean 1-bedroom condo with a wonderful view of the ocean. The location is centrally located in Lincoln City, with other well-kept properties nearby. The owner is very responsive. Highly recommended.

The condo was spotless, comfortable, convenient to stores and restaurants, and of course had an amazing view. The pictures are 100% accurate, but it's even better in person. We would definitely return.

Thanks for letting us stay at your place. We loved being able to sit and watch the waves come in (when the fog would allow us to). Everything was as advertised and the unit was great. You've done a nice job updating it. Lincoln City is a nice area to explore with plenty of options for activities.

The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to a few shops & restaurants, but far enough away from any street noise - and the condo comes stocked with everything you could possibly need. But the best part is by far the oceanfront views!! I left the patio doors open almost 24/7 during my stay. There's nothing quite like the sound of crashing waves on the beach...

The property overlooks the ocean and the beach. Fully equipped and comfortable. Parking is tight if you have a big SUV or truck. Convenient to sights and restaurants. The shower is especially nice. Newer washer and dryer. I didn’t need to contact the property management.

We loved our stay. The condo is located such that you have easy access to the beach and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated. Sunsets are amazing. We will definitely rent this property again.

Unit appears to have been recently updated. It is directly above the beach and consequently is exposed to weather. Very comfortable, good wifi, and handy to activities/dining.

We loved our stay! The view was amazing...you couldn't be any closer to the ocean if you tried! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, AND it has a full-size refrigerator/freezer WITH a water and ice dispenser. You have no idea the difference that can make to someone who has to have ice in every drink!
The location in town is perfect, too. It's right in between 2 beach access points. I dropped my husband off at one and let him shore fish down to the other and picked him up. It's close to the casino, grocery stores, and outlet mall.

The condo was very nicely equipped with everything we needed and then some. Close to restaurants and just a short walk down to the beach. Good furniture, comfortable bed, multiple TVs, etc etc. Very helpful host. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely 1 bedroom condo with wonderful ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony! We drove onto the beach in our truck; it was awesome! Owner was great to work with!
