Situato nelle ESJ Towers (St, Clair Collections), un condominio-hotel unico situato proprio sulla spiaggia più bella di Puerto Rico, a pochi passi dai principali hotel e casinò, una bella due camere da letto, 1 e 1/2 bagni, al 3 ° piano, nuova cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, TV via cavo, biancheria, utensili da cucina, pavimenti in piastrelle, aria condizionata centralizzata, segreteria telefonica, balcone.
Letto king-size e due letti singoli, Due divani letto nel soggiorno. Due T. V. Disponibili anche monolocali, una, due e tre camere da letto. Tutte le proprietà sono di proprietà familiare, con assistenza personale e professionale. I nostri prezzi sono inferiori del 40% rispetto a quelli degli hotel circostanti!

Gated high rise apartment complex. Felt very safe at all hours. Easy self check.Very clean, well stocked kitchen/bathrooms.Furniture/decor/mattresses were a little dated and worn.The location however was ideal and central to all the places we wanted to visit. Nice area to sit and watch TV/eat.Nice underground well lit parking space included in rental.Walkable restaurants near by.You should call ahead for reservations for dinner though, as restaurants can get very busy in the evening (our wait was 55 mins at metropol) Overall a great stay and would rent again!

The apartment looked better in person than in then pictures. Very clean, and it had everything needed for the stay. Beach access is just steps away from the lobby, easy and convenient.

Rental was perfect for family of four! Spacious, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and spotless! Beach is right out door of the lobby. Rental chairs for $5 day on beach but owner also had three in the unit which was great. Cvs, restaurants, bars all easy, quick walk away. Old San Juan about a 12 minute drive. Escambron beach about ten min drive. We had a wonderful time. Owner is lovely and extremely responsive when we had questions and asked for some recommendations. Highly recommend!!

This building was under renovation and So I can understand some of the mess of the building but the entrance was very difficult to find and we had 24 hours of no power on the 4th day. The first 2 nights there was loud music playing all night long outside the building. The condo itself was clean and the pool was beautiful but compared to other VRBO's I have stayed at there was limited supplies. They only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and only 4 small towels total for 4 people. When I called the owner she did bring over more small towels but said we had to provide paper products.
I will say the location was great and within walking distance of everything.
