Check in was great, easy and quick. There was some disagreement with Uber drivers on whether they come up to the lobby door….there is a pick up spot a couple minute walk away with a covered area to wait and that’s where they want to get you and drop you, we had to ask each time for them to come up to the door and only one driver was not happy about that.The unit is a fabulous floor plan, with a full bathroom with a shower in the middle, living room area. We docked a star because the floors in the entire place were filthy, and the middle bathroom shower was not cleaned, but we did not use that shower. I would recommend bringing slippers as they are not provided and we did not want to touch the floors with bare feet. Otherwise the place was very clean, it seemed like maybe they literally just forgot to do the floors. There are some maintenance issues that made it less than a 5 star experience and I let the management company know of all of them. The biggest ones being the living room tv would not work because there was no cable box at all, so it had no way of getting a signal (they offered to fix during our stay and we declined so hopefully that is fixed now). A sink in the efficiency apartment would not drain. And no way to keep the doors separating the units open so it could feel like one big unit, door stops would be great here. So we felt a bit separated from each other as it wasn’t open as pictured.. But with a few tune ups this place will be ready for prime time again.

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room for us. It was nice each of us having our own bathrooms, as well as a kitchen to eat in some during our stay. It was also really easy & convenient to catch an Uber from this location. We would stay here again:)

The Signature is in a terrific location. We stayed with friends and the two adjoining rooms were perfect. We are grateful for the clear and timely communication with the hosts. We would definitely stay again.

One of the best experiences I have had using a rental service. The owners made sure I was well aware of the process provided ample instructions and details. The place was spotless when we arrived plenty of supplies already inside and plenty of space for 6 large adults.

The property was excellent and we will rent again when in Vegas next time. Joe and Deborah were awesome hosts/property managers and answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. Highly recommended property.

This room was amazing! The owners were always in contact leading up to our stay and easy to reach if needed. 7 stayed here and it fit all of us perfectly, tons of space to get ready and sleep. The views were amazing! Had a great stay! Definitely recommend!

The Pros: The 6 of us were able to enjoy our weekend in one location instead of several hotel rooms. The Pros outweigh the Cons.
The Cons: The instructions in the room indicated charges would be made for additional toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Those are automatically supplied in a hotel. The sofa bed in the larger unit was not very comfortable. If it was my property (and I do have VRBO rentals) I would have supplied a larger coffee pot. Also, I would have provided some maps or information about the area - specifically the monorail.
But it was a lovely property and we completely enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous accommodations! Our stay in Vegas to celebrate our twins’ 21st birthdays was made even more special because of this beautiful setup! Great location for easy access to MGM and the strip. Also nice to be able to separate ourselves from the hustle and bustle of the strip by way of a quick walk in an air conditioned walkway. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home and for the smooth and organized checkin process. We appreciated your communication and assistance throughout our booking and stay!

My wife and our 3 adult kids enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room with 2 adjoining bedrooms as. One living area with kitchen. The refrigerator and microwave came in handy for leftovers and making drinks. Good access to MGM pools, etc. Would definitely consider staying again vs standard hotel room with 3+ people.

The condo is beautiful. Great views from the balcony. Very quiet on our floor. Easy check-in and check out. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance and the monorail stops at the MGM if attractions are further out.
The property managers were an absolute pleasure to work with. Although we has no problems, they would check in on us to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this condo and five it an A++++ rating!

Booked this 2 unit/bedroom suite for work convention. Great kitchen space, large bathrooms, breathtaking views (37th Flr), great location on the strip, super quick commute to airport.... Joe & Deborah were extremely responsive to any questions/concerns I had. Highly recommend staying here.

The place was perfect for a long-weekend getaway. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and the view at night from the balcony was spectacular. Owner was wonderful and was responsive to my queries. Highly recommended.

Absolutely no issues with this rental property. Joe and Deborah were in communication the whole time from tips for check-in, to our stay, to check out. Very helpful. This unit was strip facing which was nice to see the evening lights. For sure recommend.. Thanks again.

Wonderful place, have never had the communication with an owner as with Joe and Debora! Love tower 1, best ever location at the Signature! Book your stay here! No smoke, no noise, close to good restaurants!

The joined suites were perfect on the 37th floor overlooking the strip. Really enjoyed being off the strip by two blocks or so. Easy walking distance through the MGM Grand. Location is ideal as you have access to everything on the strip, but easily can get away from the crowds with the location of the property. The property has everything you need, bedrooms were nice, and a small kitchen is a plus. Would highly recommend to others whether traveling with family or without - easily tailors to either. We will be glad to return.

Great location and super communication with hosts. Easy check in and out. The king beds...oh my goodness. BEST SLEEP EVER! They're amazing. Travelled with three teens and it was great for them to have their own private space, but still be close by. The view was gorgeous. Didn't feel cramped or on top of each other at all. Plenty of room for everyone. Definitely would stay again.

Better than expected
This suite was above and beyond- better than I expected. I expected it would be wonderful but I didn’t know that I wanted to buy it lol. The view and patio is absolutely amazing. We were so fortunate to be so high up. The rooms are very spacious. The toilet flush is a little low power on the flush however that amazing shower totally makes up for it. We left a blowup pool floaty, hopefully it can be used for future guests. I would definitely be back here again! Loved having a refrigerator and microwave. See you same time next year.

Beautiful suite
We rented two suites for us and our two kids and both rooms were beautiful with a big foyer in the middle, a living room, kitchen and 3 full baths. The suite was clean and lots of room for family of 4 to have our own privacy. The property is away from the house. We had a bad experience with check in process at the front desk, our flight was Daley and didn’t arrive until 2:00am and had to wait for over 40 mins to check in and with you did kids was not ideal. They said they were updating the system and there were tons of people laying around in lobby. It was not the host fault but the check in system needs significant improvement. Other then that, our host was amazing and very helpful and checked on us regularly.

Perfect Stay
Having arranged and stayed at many vacation rentals, I must report that this rental has 5* plus in the important areas of communication and description. Unfortunately, my review is based on hearsay since my Saturday flight from Florida was canceled and could no be rebooked until Wednesday - not too helpful since we were only staying until Thursday. However, my daughter and grandson made it there on their flight from Virginia. I communicated my problem to the owner and their check in was as easy as if I were there. She too has stayed with me in numerous such rentals so her reports are very accurate. They loved the unit. My great-grandson was thrilled to have his own complete apartment. My daughter sent many pictures and comments, all positive including the fact they could walk around barefoot and their feet didn’t turn black. I am saddened to have missed this great spring break with my great-grandson and daughter, but from pictures and comments I can sincerely say this is a 5* unit and owner.
