Pension Eder - Joker card included in summer

The location is central and easily accessible to 2 of the cable cars by foot. Restaurants are located within 2-3 mins walking distance. There is also a supermarket nearby. The Joker card provides free access to some of the beautiful mountains and cable cars. It also gives free access to a nice nearby(in walking distance as well) outdoor swimming pool with slides and tubes. And to a mini golf course nearby which is also at walking distance. I would recommend to park your car at the hotel and to walk to the golf course as the parking there costs. The breakfast provided was hearty and with good choice of options. The staff is very kind and helpful. Our kid was sick and was unable to eat food from restaurant, so around 8pm we came back from the resturant, just as the staff was about to leave, we requested for milk and bread, the staff were kind enough to open the kitchen and provide us.

The room itself was big and nice, bathroom was functional and everything was clean. The receptionist was very friendly and even gave us some tips for hiking around. The communication with the hotel was great. Parking can be reserved right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was everything you may need before you go hiking to soak up the views of this beautiful valley. The Joker card being included with your stay in the summer is absolutely great.

We had some issues finding this place even with the map provided by the hotel. Parking is limited and has to be reserved in advance, and is paid.

Being located at the center of Saalbach

Places in the middle of the village, on the main street, most of the things are in walking distance.

Parking not clearly announced to be not free, too expensive and away from Hotel, price is different on different websites where the Hotel is listed. Shower is not very useful, too small.
