Camera da letto al piano di sotto ha grandi finestre panoramiche, accogliente caminetto a gas e un pillowtop queen size. Doppio futon nel soppalco skylit è aperto sia al soggiorno che al piano inferiore (anche se i cuscini possono essere riorganizzati per migliorare la privacy). Accesso ladder.

Wonderful place full of character and charm with outdoor spaces that are a joy to spend time in (even when the weather is on the cool side). Location is also easily walkable to both Nulu and Bardstown road neighborhoods

This was perhaps the most unique VRBO we’ve ever stayed it. The space is dripping in organic and intentional art that begs you to linger a while and contribute a verse, so to speak. Loved the quiet neighborhood and easy accessibility to dining and entertainment - though just spending time in the cottage was blissful all on its own. Definitely recommend this spot for art appreciators looking for peace and inspiration!

Enjoyed our stay at the artsy cabin. Little oasis in the middle of the city. Loved the decks and all the art and curiosities. Marjie was very responsive with any inquiries. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at the Artist Cottage several times, and we always love it! The cottage is filled with happiness and warmth, even during an arctic freeze!! The owners, Marjie and Dennis, are the best hosts! They even came over and shoveled the walk for us!

We enjoyed all the artsy & whimsical touches. Private back porch. Close to whiskey row. Comfortable bed. The walk up the driveway would be difficult for elderly or someone with a disability. Not a problem for us. We very much enjoyed our get away.

Anniversary getaway
The cottage is exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for couples. The decor is unique and fun. The cottage is old but maintained very well. It is very clean and has a nice outdoor space. The host is very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit the Louisville area. Great location, close to a variety of restaurants and bars.

My husband and I rented this cottage for a couples getaway. The Cottage is Amazing!! The artwork is wonderful and such neat finds everywhere we looked! Close to everything too. We will definitely bring our girls back to stay again!

Leaving Louisville
Short stay on our last weekend before leaving Kentucky. Had a billion things going on, worried about flights, bags, kiddo, move, but didn't have to worry about this rental. Wonderful place, we got another snow and we're stuck in the house most of the weekend. And what a great house to be stuck in! Great communication, exceptionally accomodatingand just the best vibes!

AMAZING!
This Cottage awakes a youthfulness and amazement. Super cozy and suprb amenities both indoors and outside. To say the Hosts are Super is a major understatement. MarJie and Dennis bent over backwards to help us with anything needed from check in to check out. We had a blast. A must book cottage for couples.

Not only was it a great little getaway but it's in a beautiful area close to a lot of great bars, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were amazing and extremely communicative. nice stay in louisville
Very cute house, my kids loved the loft. There is no privacy as the loft is open to the bedroom and living room -- but it was perfect for us. The site is challenging - a little difficult to find and the driveway is very steep. Not for someone with mobility issues, but perfect for us.

We loved our stay in this wonderfully unique cottage and exploring Louisville. Our kids loved playing with all the wood toys and instruments. The owners were super responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Cozy, happy feeling cottage in a safe and quiet location
We stayed at The ArTisTs CoTTaGe during Christmas week to visit family. The cottage was very comfortable and pleasant, offering many different artistic views both inside and out. I wasn’t sure if new art had been placed outside overnight or if I just failed to notice it the previous day. It was such a pleasure to walk around and see something new every day. The owners were very prompt with responses to any questions that I may have had. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Loved staying here! Perfect environment for a relaxing weekend. Provided great directions which made it easier to get to, especially when arriving at night. Would definitely stay here again next time in Louisville.

cool little place
We came down for the Louder Than Life festival..... The Artists Cottage was a very cool and unique place with lots of hidden Gems inside. very close to places to eat. Enjoyed our stay for sure, if I ever come back I will be sure to try and book this place. Saw a Cardinal outside the first morning but flew away before I could snap a picture. And it never came back again.....

Marjie Was is an amazing hostess! She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and help us in every way possible! She is one special lady! We couldn’t be happier! The place was outstanding! So peaceful❤️🙌�🏼�

Real! And interesting.
We loved staying in this cottage. We avoid frou-frou or self-consciously cute and are most interested in staying in a real neighborhood and in a place that has the character of its owners. This cottage has interesting things to discover in every nook! Even on our last day we were discovering art that made us laugh and see something differently. It all welcomed us in and became home very quickly. The owners are friendly and fun, and they treated us as new friends. We will remember this stay for years.

Fell in Love with the ArTisTs CoTTaGe
We went to Louisville to visit family, but staying at the ArTisTs CoTTaGe made it feel much more like a vacation that simply a long weekend! The location is very convenient to everything we needed in Louisville, but if felt like a quiet respite in the tree tops. The cottage has so much character and charm that it keeps you smiling from the moment your arrive until the time you leave. It is abundant with art, even in the most unexpected places, with a new discovery around every corner. The owners were very pleasant and have thought of not only the necessities, but the extra little touches that made the stay convenient and enjoyable. We hope to stay here again int he future and highly recommend it!

This was our third visit to the Artists Cottage, and we loved it as always! Marjie and Dennis have the place perfectly prepared before we arrive, and we discover new treasures every time we visit.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. In addition to being a charming place, the apartment was very well equipped - full kitchen you could cook in, plenty of towels, laundry detergent and condiments, etc. The location could not have been better - walking distance to great places to eat and convenient to downtown. We hope to come back!

Unique and fun home
Loved staying in the cottage. It’s a very unique home and was a lot of fun for my kids. Only suggestions would be to add stairs at the driveway - that was a bit tough for my parents. And keep in mind that there is only 1 queen bed. It doesn’t work for 4 adults.

Took my son for a father/son adventure in Louisville. Cottage was well kept and perfect for our NCAA Elite 8 weekend. As a regular in Louisville I’ll will definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our weekend here and will plan to stay here again on our next trip if we can! Conveniently located to lots of great restaurants and entertainment. Home has a lot of character and is so cozy! Owners were great to work with as well.
