Questa casa è dotato di tutto, ma con il vero bietola rustico da vecchio e non il ottone e vetro. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato, soffitti a volta con ventilatori a soffitto e riscaldamento a parete individuali per il vostro livello di comfort. Casa è dotato di involucro intorno decking, portici schermo ,, forno a legna, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, wifi e TV via cavo. Ogni camera ha anche porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono su un secondo ponte livello con vista sul fiume Hudson. Ampio cortile per tutte le attività di famiglia, tra cui un pozzo del fuoco per il fuoco bon serale. Gli animali domestici sono ok basati su approvazione pre. Questa casa è stata in fase di ristrutturazione, con un tutto nuovo secondo piano. Ecco nuove camere e bagni da cima a fondo. il proprietario vuole mantenere il fascino ADK dello stile capo originale e mantenere i tassi bassi per le famiglie a venire a godere dei ADKs con fuori rompere la banca. Non troverete questa casa come un albergo o un luogo sheek moderno di soggiorno. La casa si sentono con gli inquilini di ritorno che apprezzano lo stile è quello che ci stiamo sforzando per. Con tutto il nuovo secondo livello, la camera da letto hanno ancora tappeti dimensioni camera al posto di moquette in quanto questo è stato piuttosto il processo. Perfect location when skiing at Gore and neighbours to rafting companies so we are tempted to come back during that season. Casual and relaxing. I needed more instruction on the DVD and VHS system though.

Comfortable home, lots of room, short drive to Gore, very happy with accomodation. Only issue black fly situation in house maybe due to change in temperature and some unexpected warm weather, overall would stay again, Nice communication with host, very considerate, thank you.

The location was just what we were looking for. The house needs some minor repairs. Having five bedrooms each with its own bathroom was great. We got there Friday afternoon and had no problem getting into the house. Our phones all worked which was a very important. We were there on a hunting trip. I had my two sons and one of my grandsons with me. All of us were happy with the house and plan to use it again next year. Didn't get any deer but it was still a great time.

Property was very comfortable. Was perfect for our needs. Stayed with a group for the week-end. Everyone enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back.

Was a great place for us to gather for a wknd. Big enough so all had a separate space and bathroom. The screened porch was great as one day was a washout!

Had the most fun hanging out on the back porch with everyone. Place was perfect for a group. Everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom.

We were 2 families with a total amount of 5 kids. Everything was perfect: a number of rooms & bathrooms and other amenities. One tiny disappointing thing: no replacement for burned-out electric bulbs of the right diameter and missing dish soap and dishwasher tablets.
House is situated 7-8 minutes drive from Gore mt.

Biggest problem:
- Wifi didn't work for the first 24hrs! there was no cell phone signal either. the house phone is not functioning either. It is like an isolated island with no means to connect with outside. Sometimes the text message come thru.
- We had to drive for a few min to access cell phone signal to contact property manager Kevin.
- Kevin was helpful and did his due diligence. the internet is back on after around 24 hrs.

Great quiet place on the river, big yard outside for kids and pets and plenty of room for large families to sleep and having 6 bathrooms is a bonus. Surprisingly, with venturing north or south there's a lot to do. Farmers market, decent restaurants, Oscars is a must for the bacon as well as the Deli at the mini mart subs, rubs, meats are awesome. Nice hidden gem in the country.

With all the family and lots of bedrooms it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom.
We like any business that likes and let’s us stay with our dog. He is a very large labradoodle and very respectful of other peoples property.
Actually the only problem with this property was a couple of lightbulbs out in a few of the lamps. And that’s wasn’t a problem for us.

The house layout and rooms were as shown in the pictures. We liked the house, its location, and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house itself would rate as a 4 or 5. Unfortunately, other issues would rate it as a 1 or 2. Surface areas in the kitchen and bathrooms were generally clean, but there were cobwebs everywhere, including a large one directly over the main dining table. There was active mice activity, one was seen and food we had in the storage area was eaten. Smoke detectors were missing batteries, and some outlets and switches were missing covers. The towels provided were worn and stained. Lastly, this is the first rental where we had to strip the beds, which seemed odd considering the separate cleaning and linen fees.

Great ski lodge

North River Get-a-way
This get away was perfect for our family get together. The house is set up for large groups to be together in the dining room-living room area. Dummy Fun in the ADK
Perfect location, location, location for me and my kids! Close to rafting, zip lining, hiking, swimming, biking. Groceries, bakery, ice cream, and booze are nearby. The outlet malls are a little further.
The house has plenty of space to spread out, and also has several comfortable places for getting together. The kitchen and laundry are good, WiFi is great, cellphone service is not.

Spacious older house on upper Hudson River
The second floor bedrooms and bathrooms are fine, but the rest of the house needs some TLC. It certainly would not comfortably sleep 14, as advertised, and there are 5 bedrooms, not 6.

This was perfect for our family! This was a last minute get away and while we weren’t looking for anything fancy, this home provided enough space that we weren’t on top of each other and could break away to do other activities. While you can tell improvements continue, we enjoyed the screened in porch and gorgeous dining room table while others watched movies.

Comfortable
All the bedroom's had their own bathrooms. Worked out well for the 10 of us. Big kitchen and 2 coffee makers so we could all get a big mug without waiting. Enjoyed the area.

I really love the size of the house and location. It was great for a large group. Definitely a great place for a family getaway. I would recommend it to any big family for a peaceful getaway.

Enough Space for Everyone!
This was perfect for our family! This was a last minute get away and while we weren’t looking for anything fancy, this home provided enough space that we weren’t on top of each other and could break away to do other activities. While you can tell improvements continue, we enjoyed the screened in porch and gorgeous dining room table while others watched movies.

I really love the size of the house and location. It was great for a large group. Definitely a great place for a family getaway. I would recommend it to any big family for a peaceful getaway.

Pro: The house is not close to other houses except a trailer on one side but still not too close so not cramped up.
It’s right across from the Hudson River for a relaxing walk, photo opportunities, unique view and the sound of the current of the water.
It has a bathroom in each of the 5 bedrooms plus one downstairs.
It has a balcony for all bedrooms. It has good WiFi.
Horseshoe driveway and good sized yard out back. Nice screened in porches.
Suggestions: New beds are needed and a little bigger for the adults.
The grills are all rotted and need new.
A lock on the inside of each outside door that is out of children’s reach.
Guests should be supplied with baby gates for the two staircases or notified to bring their own as stairs are steep.
Air conditioning would help for hot summer nights.
The base of the stone hearth should be removed as it’s a tripping hazard and we each hurt our ankles forgetting that it sticks out.

Big house, lots of rooms
Enjoy the that each room has its own bathroom, only issue, the room I stayed in, the bed was very noisy, Every time you turn it makes noise, other than that, we had a great time.

It was amazing week, house is spacious and have everything what you need. Beds are on the smaller size and not so comfortable, so not everyone would be happy to sleep with other person on full size bed. On the other hand, every room has own bathroom. The tv in living room is very small so it’s hard to have movie night. There were some dvds.
