A little outdated but overall good price and very private

The unit was clean and as expected from the pictures. It fit our family of 3 well. We enjoyed the closeness (easy walking distance) of the ocean, swimming pool, shopping, and dining to the condo. Jack was great to work with and always prompt with his email responses. We had 0 issues with our stay, booking to check-out!

Great place, very much a family vibe. You can get your ocean fix here. Great resturants, make sure you check out "The Point" goggle it and go.

We had a great stay. Condo pools didnt look swimmable but not the condo owners fault. Beach is not crowded. Great food in walking distance. We had a good stay and will stay again.

Great place for family gatherings. Large lobby makes easy accessibility with carts for hauling luggage & grocery items to condo. Balcony offers great view of beach.Our condo was very open feeling & bunks great for even teenagers. Would rent this one again for sure!

I could not give our stay a 5 overall due to the following : the 1/2 bath sink being full of long black hair upon our arrival. And, even though it was very mild weather outside we struggled to keep the bedroom cool enough to sleep comfortably.

This is not your upscale type accommodations but certainly adequate and clean for a small gathering of 2 adults and two kids. Nice kitchen and provisions. Bed is comfortable but Master BR is a little cramped and has a nice size closet. Single sink in bath of master BR. 1/2 bath in hallway. Furniture is comfortable without stains or wear. Owner is easily accessible by phone if needed. Be sure to get your access codes if arriving late after 5pm as the front desk may not be occupied. When unlocking front door, pull handle towards you after turning the key otherwise you may have difficulty opening the door. There is a box fan provided (bonus) we had brought our own just in case. Balcony faces beach with a slight westward angle directly over the pool. Great if you want to be able to stay on balcony while watching kids at the pool within shouting range LOL. NOV. 2022

We enjoyed our time staying at this property. It was just as advertised. I found the check in and check out procedures to be quick and easy and Jack was very responsive if we had any comments or questions.

The process was so easy. The building needs a code to access which made me feel very safe and secure. The people were all so friendly.

We had the best experience with Jack. He was absolutely wonderful. We can’t wait to go back. Would definitely recommend. Perfect location to everything, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. A few suggestions: hair dryer and a small vacuum or something to clean up the daily sand that gets tracked in. Added bonus: He had a box fan and a oscillating fan. Thanks Jack for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.

Everything the pictures show! Facility is spotless. There’s groundskeepers there continuously. Pool cleaned spotless every morning. Balcony is perfect for beach breeze and views. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen has every tool you need. Coffee pot has kierig port. Plenty of room for 5 of us.

This condo was without a doubt one of cleanest condos we've rented in the past 25 years of visiting Perdido Key. The owner was also one of quickest and most personable we've rented from. I would highly recommend this one bedroom unit to others.

This property was comfortable and clean. Just right for a weekend get away for spouses.

Beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony! Just a few steps to the beach. Restaurants and shops are close by. The condo was very clean. The beds and other furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The pools and grounds were well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive. We loved staying at this property! It was literally 2 minutes to the beach! It had everything you needed from kitchen utensils to towels. Jack the property owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We are planning on coming back next year!
