Serendipity è un meraviglioso duplex a 3 piani adatto a tutta la famiglia. La casa è stata ristrutturata nella primavera del 2019 con tavole di legno come piastrelle di porcellana, nuova vernice dentro e fuori, nuovi paesaggi e hardscaping, così come pareti di shiplap nei corridoi. Ci sono 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, 6 balconi, un ascensore e un ampio parcheggio.
Il piano superiore dell'unità è tutto lo spazio abitativo con cucina aperta, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e anche un mezzo bagno. Ci sono più posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia, tanto spazio per le serate di gioco, cucinare i pasti in famiglia e la notte dei film. C'è un balcone fuori dalla cucina con splendida vista sull'oceano, e c'è un balcone fuori dal soggiorno con vista sul suono. Puoi vedere il sorgere del sole e tramontare da questa meravigliosa casa!
Il piano inferiore ha le due camere matrimoniali; ognuna con un letto matrimoniale, bagno privato e balcone con vista sul suono o sull'oceano. Il pavimento sotto queste camere da letto, al primo piano sopra il parcheggio, ha le 2 camere da letto degli ospiti. La camera con vista sul suono ha un letto matrimoniale e un divanetto che si ripiega in un letto matrimoniale. Dall'altra parte della sala è la camera da letto finale con un letto a castello e letto matrimoniale e un balcone con vista sull'oceano. The house was very nice and only a tiny walk to the beach (less than 3 minutes). The house was well stocked kitchen-wise and the beds were comfortable. We were all pleased with the house.
We did have an issue with linens. We arrived to find all the bedspreads on the bed to be soiled and no mattress pads for all the beds for one. We also needed another set of sheets for the chair that pulled out into a bed in one of the bedrooms. We called and the property management team came with spread replacements minus one (brought a blanket because they didn’t have enough bedspreads available) and mattress pads very quickly. We did not call for missing sheet set since we were waiting on promised replacement bedspread that never was delivered as promised.
Overall, a good house and we would rent again but would definitely follow-up with rental company on making sure all linens promised arrived as promised.

Beyond expectation. Loved the accommodations. We were a family of 12. Every incidental item we might need was furnished. Clean as a pin and beds very comfortable. Elevator was awesome ~ it goes to all floors. Highly recommend. We’ll be back next year.

We loved this house so much last year that we stayed again. It was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The only negative things are that when we checked in, the heat was on upstairs so we had to turn on the A/C and wait for the house to cool. Also, our packet from the rental company was not in the house. We found pages laying around from the tenants before us which provided info we needed such as the wifi password. We had a good stay.

Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us. The house was prefect for our family. Growing up my family went on family vacations with our Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. We carried on that tradition with our children and now we continue the tradition with our Grand children. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and meet all our needs. The views of the ocean and the waterway were stunning. My husband has a medical condition with his feet the elevator helped him so much. We had a fabulous week. Blessings to you and your family.

Very Comfortable Stay, Close to Beach
We really enjoyed the rental. The house was in excellent condition, clean and even decorated very well. The kitchen was fully stocked with what you need to make typical meals. The beds were super comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This house was everything and more! The pictures don’t do it justice. They have 6 balconies that face both bodies of water. The beds were comfortable and super cute bedrooms! The staff at the office was amazing as well; any questions we had were answered immediately and any issues we had with AC, they were there within 20 minutes. I would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing place and location. The beach access is great and the pictures on the site don’t give accurate distance, the beach is 50 yards from the house very close. The views are stupid crazy. The elevator is the bomb, alot of stairs so itmakes it nice but it’s slow but who cares your at the beach and on island time....

What a beautiful home! Everything was freshly painted and new. The unit was very spacious and had everything we meeded for our week. The elevator was an added bonus for the grandparents. The short walk to the beach was no big deal for any of us and we enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood as well. Great sunrises to see from the balconies with ocean views and grest sunsets to watch from the balconies on the west side looking out at the sound. Highly recommend for a family vacation. We have already told many friends about this place and we would not hesitate to stay at this home again.

After searching for a Carolina Beach house we found our Serendipity. Upon arrival we were greeted by a Thunderstorm; so instead of dropping everything, and walking to the beach we unpacked. As we explored our rental, and became familiar with everything it had to offer it was clear we made the right decision. The home was immaculate, and the recent renovation made it clear the owners took the time to make each room comfortable, and inviting. The short walk to the beach made weather delays easier to deal with. Whether sitting on the covered porch with a view of the ocean, or just relaxing with friends our Serendipity week will always be vacation we will never forget.

We rented both sides of the duplex for our family. You could not reach the living area of one side to the other side without going down 4 flights of stairs and back up 4 more flights of stairs. This would prevent us from renting it again. 4th floor living area Air conditioning was not working when we woke up Sunday morning and was not fixed until Monday afternoon. It was miserably hot. Management company did not seem to care.

Everything was wonderful. The rental experience was very smooth. Serendipity was beautiful. The experience was great. Everyone that came was very happy. There where plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. The beds where very comfortable with no complaints. It was nice to have the elevator, that really help with the grandpa's and moving them through the home. We loved the multiple decks and view. Thanks for a nice vacation.
