Such a great getaway for our family Thanksgiving! Amy (host) was an amazing communicator and the house was stocked with everything we needed to cook a full thanksgiving dinner. We love Silver City and will definitely be staying here again!

It was all we had hoped for and more. The description was absolutely accurate, the house equipped with everything you can possibly wish for. Furthermore, Amy took great care to prepare everything for our arrival (house illuminated, fire going in the fireplace) so that we could enjoy a warm welcome in a cozy home. Perfect.

Excellent location within walking distance of historic downtown. Very comfy with nice kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds and functional bathroom. Lots of fun furnishings and great outdoor area.

I’m at jury duty right now so this will be short and sweet but I cannot say enough about our stay. First of all, Amy is by far the most gracious host. The house is impeccable with everything you need. She’s so considerate. The grounds are so beautiful. The cat is so friendly. I cannot wait to go back. Unforgettable! Love you Amy!

If I am ever in Silver City, NM again, (and the property is available) I would 100% stay again. This place is perfect if you need a small place with easy access to the surrounding area. The property was really clean and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen (ie: 3 ways to make coffee, with beans). The owner, Amy, is very hospitable and easy to reach if your plans do not go as planned. I also really appreciated that she contacted us a few days prior to our arrival. TLDR: The place is great and so is the owner.

I had to be in Silver City for work. My accommodations made for a nice work trip. Amy was friendly and very accommodating. I'll stay here again.

First, the Bennett House is a huge value. For the price of a chain hotel, we stayed in a vastly superior 2-bedroom property with every amenity. It's a charming and nostalgic house, fully renovated and up-to-date for the 21st century. Price-wise, you cannot do better. Beyond price; we loved the character; we loved living in an historic and diverse neighborhood right on the "Big Gulch." We loved being able to walk downtown safely and conveniently in just a few blocks, to enjoy the thrift stores, galleries, bars, and restaurants. This is a property full of life. We loved the grounds with flowers and trees and serious attention to sustainability and conservation. I am a foodie; the owner is also someone who loves to cook. The kitchen is over-the-top in terms of supplies Finally, the owners were eager to help, eager to advise, and eager to give us the insider's perspective and experience on Silver City. Simultaneously, Amy was scrupulous about honoring our privacy and space. Perfect host. We'll be back!

Casa Bennett was a great find for our visit to Silver City. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything you could want/need. The location is walkable to the main street in the historic district. Amy is responsive and so easy to work with. There are so many great things to say about this property. First, the host, Amy is a warm, friendly and helpful person. She just made us feel so welcome the whole time we were there. The place has lots of room …a big kitchen, living room with TV, outdoor spaces that are inviting. Amy has outfitted this house with everything possible. If you think of something that you need and you don’t think it is there…you just have not looked well enough! There is a grocery store a couple minutes walk…so nice when you just need some things but don’t want to drive. We enjoyed fires in the fireplace at night. So cozy!! And did I say how wonderful the host, Amy, is? Book this one! It is a gem in all ways!!

We've stayed at vacation rentals all over the country. This place was as fine as any place we've stayed. The kitchen was totally well stocked. Amy is the perfect host. If we come back to Silver City, this will be the first place we look for online.
