L'ingresso principale di Villa Topaz è al piano intermedio. Attraversando le doppie porte in mogano, arriverete nel soggiorno e nella cucina a concetto aperto. Lì troverai un divano in pelle, un pouf, una poltrona, un grande tavolino antico e un buffet. I banconi della cucina hanno bellissime piastrelle messicane, insieme a una stufa e un frigorifero in acciaio inossidabile e un tavolo da pranzo in legno del 18 ° secolo che può ospitare 8 persone.
A destra del soggiorno, la camera degli ospiti ti affascinerà. Soffitti con travi in legno, letto king size in mogano su misura, armadio antico, armadio a muro e veranda chiusa con amaca. Il bagno molto spazioso ha lavandini doppi dipinti a mano, una grande doccia e un grande pouf per rilassarsi.

La terza camera degli ospiti si trova al piano terra. Le pareti sono dipinte a mano e creano un'atmosfera accogliente in questa stanza. Questa camera ha un letto king size, vasca idromassaggio con doccia a mano e una splendida stanza con polvere.
La quarta camera da letto è la Master suite che occupa l'intero terzo piano della villa con accesso a due splendide terrazze con lettini prendisole, con la loro vista mozzafiato sul Mar dei Caraibi e sulla barriera corallina, nonché sui meravigliosi tramonti sulla laguna.
La master suite ha un enorme cabina armadio, un letto king size dall'Indonesia e un'antica scrivania e una sedia. Il bagno ha una grande doccia con piastrelle fatte a mano e lavandino dal Messico.
La lavanderia si trova nel ripostiglio sul retro della villa.

Villa Topaz was absolutely amazing. It was large, next to the pool and had everything we needed. We had six people with us, but the villa could have easily fit 10. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms (we has two grandmas with us, there are stair they had to get up and down, but it worked). The only disappointment is that the jacuzzi was not working and the shower head on it doesn't work either, so we had to use another room to take a shower, or take a bath every day. The golf cart ride into town was bumpy and a little long (30 min). On the beach, but it is not swimmable. But the size of the place and the decor made up for the little things. Thanks for having us!

Although the ride to the resort was a little rough in golf carts, the location is perfection. All of the staff was exceptional and the house was perfect for our family getaway.

We were 2 grandparents, 2 kids with spouses and a couple grandkids who all wanted to share the same house but have plenty of space and Topaz house hit the bill. BTW, last time we were here we stayed in Amythyst house and it was equally great. We enjoyed the pool every day, it was 50 feet in front of our place so easy to swim anytime. We took advantage of free kayaks, used on site manager to book fishing trip (caught plenty to eat), several dive and snorkel trips, to have golf carts delivered etc. great little bar/restraint Sun Deck that cooked our freshly caught fish and made custom chicken fingers for the grandkids when they were out of their usual ones. We ate Pizza from Moon bar/resort just down the road but lots of mosquitos there and adults only so we would get the pizza to go. House comes with everything you need for cooking, we ate at least one meal a day at the house, baked birthday cake, make blended drinks nothing lacking in that department. Oh, and the deck was HUGE, overlooked palm trees, beach and ocean, probably the main thing we are missing today, the first day after 2 weeks in Belize. Thanks everyone at La Perla, we returned once, we’ll return again.

We were very disappointed in the quality and condition of the villa plumbing, quality of furnishings and timeliness of our requests on the last two days of our stay. We had a running shower head due to faulty handle internal valve defect that my husband had to perform maintenance on due to no response from anyone on the property. I called, left messages, sent texts, no response. Daily maid service was adequate. We will be requesting compensation disposition for our last night.
