Il nostro appartamento è completamente arredato ed è dotato di un climatizzatore. Il condominio è dotato di due grandi balconi, con vista impressionante sulla Valle del colombiano. Tutti gli arredi sono confortevoli e in attesa di salutarvi.
L'unità dispone di due camere da letto, la suite principale ha un letto king size e le altre camere da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è un NUOVO DICEMBRE 2018 Nascondere un letto / divano anche il soggiorno. L'unità dispone inoltre di due bagni. Tutte le lenzuola e biancheria da letto sono inclusi. Oltre ad una cucina completamente attrezzata. Viene fornito con macchina da caffè, bollitore e tostapane.
Abbiamo anche un nuovo barbecue agosto 2018 sul ponte anteriore con un set di bistrot per gustare un caffè al mattino o un drink la sera.

Property overall was good but some small items need attention
1:- light bulbs missing and burnt out in kitchen with no replacements
2:- sink in kitchen would not hold water so to do pans tap had to be continuously running
3:-soap dispenser at kitchen sink was broken needs to be replaced or capped
4:- drape to balcony door in master bedroom needs to be replaced to provide privacy to that room adjacent property has a clear view in as existing drape is virtually see thro

Well stocked with pots /pans/dishes. Quiet area, walking distance to radium. Felt right at home. There is some confusion with other tennants NOT wanting the outside entrance door locked, unsure if owners are aware.

Nice place that matched the description. There were a few inconsequential things(coat rack, build in sink soap dispenser) that were broken when we arrived so we let the owner know about those so that we did not get charged for any damage. It was well stocked with things like dishwasher soap and other consumables which was a plus. Part of the otherwise reasonable multistep checkout process was to strip the beds which seemed unnecessary since we were paying a non-trivial cleaning fee.

Excellent accommodation with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings that invite for various trips, for example in nature,. There were deer walking through the gardens, very funny. The host had a good solution for the Aircondition, we appreciate that.

This vacation rental was perfect for us. It was easy to find, and very clean. Communication with the owner was wonderful and they made sure that everything was as it should be before we checked in. Thank you!
There is not a lot to do right in Radium. Really couldn't even find a path to walk on, but as the one family activity we were attending on the Saturday afternoon was happening in Radium it worked for us. Just a short drive down the highway is Invermere where there is way more activities for all ages.

The property was set up very well and we enjoyed our time exploring Radium and area.
The host was good at communicating and accomodating when the A/C broke just before our trip. With the provided fans and cooler weather later in the week we didn't notice.
The property was very well located to Radium, Invermere and Fairmont.

Overall, the contact the owners had with us was great. Nice little condo, felt like home. Only hassle was having to follow all their closing up rules when we paid a lot for housekeeping.

Condo was clean and spacious for a couple, met all our needs. The beds not to our liking, a little too hard but just personal preference. Easily accessible and very quiet neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our stay. King bed and queen bed were comfortable but hide a bed was a typical hide a bed (better off sleeping on it as a sofa).
The hosts were great to communicate with.
We appreciated having air conditioning, as it was hot during our stay.
I would stay here again.

Great time in Radium Hotsprings
We recently stayed at the Loovs spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo in Radium Hotsprings. It was well stocked, clean and a walkable distance from shops and restaurants for most people, about 1/2km. We didn't have great weather during our stay, so their full cable package on TV was appreciated. The only issue was the construction of repairs of all the balconies in the condo complex. We arrived in 2 vehicles, and although the parking spot assigned to condo was available, all the visitor spots across from the condo were taken up by construction equipment. Thankfully we found a spare spot out of view but still within the complex. All in all, we would definitely stay again should our travels take us through radium.

We had a fantastic stay! Condo had absolutely everything we were looking for. Nice & close to town as well as the hot springs and so many beautiful golf courses and trails to walk/hike nearby. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 decks even. Definitely coming back next year!!!!

Great family getaway
This is a great family condo close to everything! It could use a little updating as some of the towels were un-usable, and the kitchen drain was clogged (since the previous guests had stayed there), but the owner's were quick to reply when we had questions or concerns.

The property it self over all was good. I would recommend it to anyone. The one complaint is the town it self has nothing. The prices for groceries are very high, and also gas. Thank you for a nice place.

Maybe the only negative was that the towels and bedding were old and I would suggest new white towles and brighter bedding colors instead of the browns..

Radium retreat
A very nice, easy to reach, spacious condo. Fully equipped including laundry. Quiet mid-week when we stayed there. We would certainly consider coming back

Radium in the winter is great!
Had a lovely time with the kids staying at this property. Easy to find, easy access, close to everything you would need in town. It was really neat (and a bit of a surprise) to see all the wild turkeys walking around, and the bighorn sheep on the road were something else!

Great condo property
The owners were very responsive and helpful with directions when we needed help the most. Great location, blocks from downtown. Very reasonably priced and less than 1 mile from the hot springs. We would stay there again for sure.

Short Radium Get-a-way
A well equipped and spacious condominium within walking distance of town. My wife, nine year old daughter and I had everything we needed. And there was enough room for another couple who joined us for 2 days. Great communication with the owner as well.
