Reviewer Comments:
We loved our stay. The home was well stocked, very clean, and felt “new”. Every kitchen item you would every need, and more plates, cups, and utensils than anyone is like to use. The backyard was wonderful. It was shaded most of the day and a great place to cook and hangout. The pool was bigger and deeper than it appears in the pictures. The house is a a two minute walk from the beach access, and the beach of gorgeous. It’s also conveniently situated not only the The Big Chill entertainment area, but to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We highly recommend.

Great House for the money! Newer home with newer house smell. Every bedroom had its own private bath! Cons. Pool was in shade most of the day.

Benchmark was absolutely amazing to work with- I liked the fact that they let us get into the house when it was cleaned and ready to go in. They were the best at getting back to us promptly with any questions we had. Thank you so much for that!!! The house was beautiful- area was nice but the steps to the beach are not for those of us out of shape. We didn’t realize when we booked the home that we had those stairs. Other negative was the pool- we thought it would be warmer but it wasn’t warm enough to enjoy- maybe later in the summer but the area around the pool was fantastic and comfortable for the whole family to hangout. Thanks again for let us rent the house!

Would have preferred if there were extra blanket/linens and pillows. Also very few towels for 8 women. The property was mostly clean but we did have some bug issues. I know in Florida it is hard to avoid bugs but we did have a cockroach in the kitchen and that was unpleasant. We wanted to get the pool heater turned on but management was slow to respond and by the time they did, they said it was too late to turn it on because it would take too long.
