Immerso in Gravenhurst, questo delizioso cottage a 364 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Il nostro recentemente ristrutturato casa di quattro camere da letto include tutto il necessario per godere di un momento di relax in una delle più belle regioni del Canada! Situato sul Bass Lake, Gravenhurst, la proprietà di 40 acri di 1100 ft. Di facciata sul lago e una spiaggia privata di sabbia e dock.
Le quattro camere da letto, dispone di un secondo piano mansarda con letto matrimoniale e una vista mozzafiato da dentro o il ponte sciopero. Al piano di sotto, c'è una camera con letto a castello, una con un letto matrimoniale, e un'altra area in stile loft con un letto queen size pure. Ci sono due bagni al piano principale, ciascuno con grande cabina doccia.
La cucina d'aria e zona pranzo completamente aperta sono anche al livello principale, insieme a una camera familiare / TV su un lato della casa e un'altra zona di famiglia rilassante lungo la parte anteriore della casa con vista sul lago-side. Molteplici le uscite si porteranno a un ampio patio multi-livello con un barbecue e posti a sedere per sei.
Un grande campo conduce a una spiaggia sabbiosa privata e molo dove si può partire per un giro in canoa ed esplorare Bass Lake, Kahshe lago o di un viaggio attraverso il fiume, appena fuori di Bass.
Il noleggio include TV satellitare, internet wireless e tutte le lenzuola.

The property was large, beautiful and well-kept. The waterfront and beach area was gorgeous and there were two docks if you wanted to swim. The canoe had a broken piece, so it didn’t look safe to use.
Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed about the cottage. The furniture was not comfortable, especially the wicker furniture in the sunroom. The beds were small, and the bedding was very dated. It was weird, but there were dead insects on the walls, which I guess nobody cleaned up after killing them.
I think our biggest disappointment was the barbecue. When we opened the lid, a bunch of rust fell through, and you could tell by the rusted grills that the barbeque was not useable at all. The owner, responded quickly about this issue and offered a $100 refund or the option to have a barbeque sent up the following day. We didn’t want the hassle of trying to receive and set up a new barbecue, so we took the $100 refund. We were only there for three nights, but if we were there longer, we would’ve suggested barbeque replacement.
The best part about the cottage, was the open floor plan, and the very large dining room table.
The only other issue we had, and that could not be controlled by the owner, were the bugs. The mosquitoes and blackflies were not tolerable, unless you were un the middle of the lake. We knew the bugs would be bad, but we didn’t realize they would be that bad. It is something to think about if renting in the Muskoka’s in the spring time.

This is an amazing property in Muskoka. The cottage had everything we needed for a great vacation. There is a great beach for swimming and lots of walking trails.

The cottage was very well equipped. We loved the beach and the surrounding waterways. Lovely canoeing up the creeks to see beavers and waterfall. I recommend it!

You can't beat this property! There is so much space, you feel like you have a whole spot on the lake to yourself. Yet, you are only about 15 minutes from town. The sun hits the beach in the morning-lovely for enjoying morning coffee on the beach or dock. The beach is shaded in the afternoon which is nice for little ones playing and avoiding sunburn. The cottage is open concept and also very spacious. I would describe it as having a rustic cottage vibe in the main area and a very updated and gorgeous master-bedroom/bathroom. It has many comforts of home.
Ashley was great as a host. She responded very quickly to any questions we had and you can tell she thought about what guests would need during their stay.
Overall I would definitely recommend this cottage-especially if you have kids joining you.

Beautiful cottage that is roomier than the photos appear. Ashley was a great host and easy to work with. The location is terrific! It’s secluded while not being too far from town and is very spacious!

The layout is spacious and extremely comfortable. There was more than enough room for my entire group to have an extremely comfortable stay. Ashley's communication is beyond 5 stars. She replies in seconds and clearly works hard to accomodate her guests over and beyond. The house is great and the surrounding property is even better.

The property was lovely. The location was beautiful. The owners were quick to handle issues that arose and always responded right away to any questions.

The property is located on the west side of very quiet Bass lake looking out on a beautiful shoreline of flowing rocks and white pines. The cottage has lovely areas for relaxing and enjoying the summer.

Ashley and the property were great. Any issues are promptly resolved while you are left alone to enjoy their house. I recommend.

Beautiful location and quiet lake for rest and relaxation. Ample paper supplies and linens/towels were appreciated.
The main concerns would lie with the cleaning company responsible for having the property ready for incoming guests. We did not feel that for the amount of money paid for 'cleaning services' as part of our rental fees, that we got our money's worth on our arrival.
The property was clearly not dusted nor swept thoroughly for some time. Many of the window screens and a main door did not open or were duct taped and allowed a considerable amount of flies and ants into the cottage. More attention to those details would be greatly appreciated.
However, when contacted, Ashely was always efficient in her replies and quickly corrected any concerns we had about defective equipment or supplies.
Window coverings are not included so we had to be creative to darken the rooms, especially for our young children.

We had a great week at Bass Lake. The cottage slept 5 comfortably, provided the perfect mix of space and low key relaxation, unstuffy and easy to chill out. This is private, great lake access including a super dock and swimming dock, a canoe, and paddle boards, and great swimming. If you are looking for outside time near Muskoka, it works!

We loved this roomy cottage and the property itself. Private, quiet, and beautiful. Ashley was a very responsive host and easy to work with. Our one suggestion would be for better lighting, especially in the dining room.

We really enjoyed our week at this property. The cottage is spacious, clean, and has a great minimalist vibe. Bathrooms are really lovely. There’s a short walk to the water… nice dock and swim raft as well as great water toys. Everything felt relaxed and easy, and we loved that we could bring our dog. Would return next year in a heartbeat.

Property was beautiful and loved the lake and beach area. The cottage had all the amenities as pictured and more. Our group had a wonderful time exploring Gravenhurst and will definitely consider coming back again. This is a great place for a family getaway.

Spent a weekend at this cottage with a few friends. Very quiet location and calm lake. The waterfront and view of Bass lake is great! Cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Ashley was very responsive and answered all of our questions.
