Questa è una bellissima passeggiata IN condominio con rampa per disabili alla porta! Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutti i nuovi arredi, decorazioni e biancheria. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per qualsiasi preparazione dei pasti, incluso il nuovo grill a gas situato appena fuori dalla cucina. Vengono forniti asciugamani e lenzuola.
Rilassati sull'ampio schermo proiettato sul ponte! Fantastica vista sul lago!
Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con un bagno completo annesso. Grandi finestre per guardare l'acqua e le barche che passano mentre giace a letto. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo nelle vicinanze.
C'è un divano letto per 2 ospiti aggiuntivi.
C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per quei soggiorni prolungati.
Regatta Bay è una bella proprietà alberata sul MM 12 a Horseshoe Bend. Dispone di campi da tennis, 2 piscine, direttamente sull'acqua. Parco giochi per bambini. Questo complesso si trova vicino a molti ristoranti locali, bar sul lungomare (Shady Gators e H-Toads) sono in pochi minuti e diversi campi da golf. È anche a pochi minuti da molti negozi, Kohls, Menards, 110 Mall Outlet e molti negozi locali che offrono abbigliamento e arredamento piacevole.
La striscia della diga di Bagnell è a soli 10 minuti di distanza, dove è possibile trovare parapendio, moto d'acqua e noleggio barche. Numerosi ristoranti famosi, Beavers on the Dam, Tucker Schuckers, Casa Blanca, Ally Cats o solo alcuni. Tutte queste posizioni è possibile cenare all'esterno o all'interno.

Condo was fine but parking lot being paved not allowing us easy access to our car. We got a walk in unit because we do not do stairs very well. Had to walk a fair distance up steep stairs to access our car. Left a day early because we were stove up from all the stairs. Notified the host. She was not aware of the construction and gave us credit back for the night we did not stay.

We were very comfortable in this condo. It had everything we needed including 3 tvs. It rained alot while we were there so we had extensive indoor time. The street level walk in was very helpful for my hubby since he doesn’t do stairs very well. Could use a few more instructions to get tvs going. We never found any keys. Just used keyless paid for entry. Thank you. Would definitely stay again!

It was wonderful! Everything was like it said it was the manager were very nice and answered texts and emails right away! We all had the best vacation weve ever had. We will for sure be making plans to stay again and will advertise!

This condo met all our expectation for a quick getaway with friends for the 4th of July; The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the items you would need. The views over the lake were excellent and the screened in patio made it perfect for relaxation. It was also convenient to stores and restaurants. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

This unit was perfect and very nicely appointed with great view of the Lake. A true gem in that it is a “walk in” unit-no steps up or down is a rarity at almost any other condo complex. Also a great location-minutes from the bagnell dam and strip, and restaurants. And personally was a couple minutes from a family member’s house for our get together.

We took a couple days to celebrate the wife's birthday. The condo was great and the best equipped condo I have stayed at. We are technically challenged and couldn't figure out the TV which we think was internet service and not one of the big 2 cable outlets. We didn't watch TV but that was not why we were there so that was OK. We planned to enjoy the restaurants so we didn't cook much except for breakfast. The condo had seasonings, saran wrap, aluminum foil, coffee and filters. All the things we usually check in and go to the store and buy. Thank you for providing these items. We did not even stop at a grocery store this weekend. OH, the views from the room were just fantastic. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Those of you that want to golf, this condo was very close to a handful of very nice looking golf courses. Wife's birthday so I did not bring my clubs. Maybe next time!

The condo was awesome! Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked. We have a family member who is wheelchair dependent, and the unit was very easily accessible. However some of the amenities were not. Unable to get him to the lakeside pool and the boat docks. But overall a great property!

Stayed in this condo in "off season" for some piece & quiet It was very comfortable, clean and accommodating. Master bed is on the soft side, 2nd bedroom has firmer mattress. Only things negative I could say is I wished the TV was larger & the Wifi wasn't streaming great, BUT there was a storm. Great view. Really, really nice place to stay. Loved that I could park in front & walk right in. Will stay here again!
