Beautiful Oceanfront Penthouse in North Mission Beach
Immagina di svegliarti e andare a dormire in questo bellissimo appartamento / appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni con vista sull'oceano. Costruito nel 2007 e ristrutturato nel marzo 2017. Questa proprietà sull'oceano sarà il tuo luogo di vacanza preferito ogni anno. Questa proprietà con vista sull'oceano ha splendidi ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutti i comfort della cucina per farti sentire come a casa. Teli mare, sedie da spiaggia e boogie board vi attendono. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per questa vacanza da sogno sono vestiti e cibo. Il condominio / appartamento si trova al 3 ° piano con balcone privato e barbecue. La bellissima spiaggia è a pochi passi dal tuo ingresso privato. Viene completo con televisione via cavo e internet. Ogni camera ha la sua doccia privata. Il condominio ha tutti i comfort per farti sentire a casa. La camera da letto principale si affaccia su due porte finestre in vetro che si affacciano sull'Oceano Pacifico e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con vasca incassata e doppio soffione separato. La seconda camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale, il bagno ha una doccia, WC e lavandino. La camera da letto finale dispone di un letto full size per due, un cassettone e un comodino. Il bagno nella terza camera ha una doccia, lavandino e wc. Una quarta camera da letto dispone di lavandino e wc. La zona giorno ha un divano letto a una piazza e mezza. Camino elettrico in soggiorno e camera matrimoniale. 1 parcheggio tandem incluso, che può ospitare 1 veicolo grande o 2 piccoli.

Incredible location overlooking boardwalk and beach. Daily dolphin sightings from the deck. No access to AC so got a little hot sleeping but otherwise wonderful.

Great patio and ocean view. Nice accommodations. The description says two small parking spaces. The spaces are one in front of another with narrow opening. Do not attempt to park anything larger than a very small car or very small crossover. We had to return or rental car for a smaller one after arrival.

Overall it was just ok. Pros:Location was excellent for beach and Mission Point activitiesBalcony area was excellent!! 5 stars! Relaxing, wonderful with the fire pit, great view of the beach and dolphins swimming by.The number of beds/baths were perfect for our groupThe owner was quick to respond and accomodating with any issues we had during our stayChairs, boogie boards and more were available for the kids to use. They enjoyed them very muchCons:Tennants below had dog(s) and the smell of urine and feces was ripe on certain days when we were out on the balcony, or walking up the stairs to access our rooms.There are stairs - not that this is horrible, just know that all luggage will have to be take up the stairsNo AC - although it was relatively cool while we were there, it was muggy a night or two, and an AC unit would have helped with the humidityPictures are not recent - the pictures of the unit are beautiful, but in perspn it obviously has signs of wear and tear. Not a terrible thing - but be aware it is not newly refurbishedThird bedroom bathroom is very small, and the shower is awkward. We ended up using only the first two bathrooms the entire week Parking - might as well say there is NO parking at this house. It was only big enough for us to back in our vehicle, but not to open the doors. We had to crawl out the trunk to get in and out. I don't think there is any type of vehicle that could make parking here easily accessible. (We had a land rover)
