The unit was clean and as advertised. The location was convenient. The HOA needs to handle some issues with the community. I did discuss this with the property owner.

I liked it because it was in a very quiet area. We had a 1st floor unit specifically because there’s no elevators. I found this online and it met our need perfectly. The reason I gave it a 3 on accuracy is because the queen was actually 2 more twins, which met our need perfectly, but might not someone else’s. I did notify the managent about this. All in all we really liked it.

Overall the stay was good. My biggest concern were the beds. They were hard and uncomfortable and the bed in the master had an unclean mattress cover. The rest of the unit was great.

First off, the condo is beautiful. The downside was there was nothing to take to the beach, not even a beach towel.
There were no paper towels, or hand towels in the kitchen. Basically the only thing beyond dishes was salt and pepper. While there was a washer and dryer in the unit, there was no laundry detergent. No cleaning supplies whatsoever.
Our garbage disposal backed up our first night there and they didn’t come out to fix it till the next day around 4. We were told it was broken and should have been replaced long before it was broken because it was so old.
Non of the outlets worked in the bathrooms, We had to blow dry our hair in the dining room.
We did love Myrtle Beach, and it was a close distance to the beach which was nice.

We had a couple of problems with our stay. After traveling 5 hours to the condo we arrived and house cleaning was in the condo around 4;45. She said she didn't know anyone was coming in so she wasn't finished and it would be about 30 more minutes. So we had to get back in the car to go eat until she was done. It was very inconvenient to do this as we were tired and just wanted to get in to rest. As I told you, my son is in a wheelchair and getting back into the car was not what we wanted to do. Also when we got into the condo the guest bathroom had towels on the floor. Your condo was very clean but we were not happy with the problems that we had.

One thing though, the front large burner on the stove seems to have a shortage. It gets burning hot, then go all the way down, then gets burning hot again. It’s not working properly at all. I just have to say from booking to checking out was easy . Thank you Rachelle and the young lady who booked my extra day, you both were very kind and patient with me it’s greatly appreciated!!!!! Honestly Just Amazing
This place is honestly great! The pictures on the website honestly don’t show how great this place really is. The spot is in an AMAZING place not too far from anything. I will definitely be returning to this spot next time I stay in Myrtle Beach. Thank you all so much.

Best place ever
Out of all the places we have stayed this is by far our favorite place and would recommend it to everyone. It was very convenient and in a great location to get to all the beaches and shopping areas.

Great property!
My family was able to enjoy this property on a recent trip to Myrtle Beach prior to my son’s deployment. It was just as promised clean and roomy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on site and had a great time exploring Myrtle Beach. Check in and check out was easy and the property was well maintained. Look forward to staying here again!

Great Option
We traveled to visit Coastal Carolina University and for a golf tournament near by. This was an EXCELLENT location right between the university and Myrtle Beach - very easy access. This is a perfectly maintained and organized condo - very well stocked kitchen - and a grocery just 3 minutes away. Plenty of NICE towels in the bathrooms - no detail has been overlooked!

AWESOME, WONDERFUL and GRAND
Everything about this property was wonderful. The property managers are awesome people to deal with. It was in perfect location to every attraction you may want to visit and for me cleanliness was AWESOME as well. My family loved it and we will definately be returning very soon....

Great Place!
Everything was just as described and the property managers were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We were just minutes away from the Boardwalk but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet at the end of the day. We will definitely be coming back but for a longer stay as 3 days just wasn't enough for the family to do everything they wanted.

Enjoyable Short stay at MB condo
Stayed at this condo for several nights while in town for Ripkin baseball event. Very nice condo, good location, clean, and management of property was very well handled. Will definitely consider this option in the future.
