This stay was beyond expectations! We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs and paid a ton of money for mediocre stays. This place was great, clean and offered so much for the guests. Michelle has literally thought of it ALL and offered so much that we've never seen in a rental! The pool table was a hit, there were board games,DVDs, the ice trays were full, there were seasonings, every kind of cooking gadget you could need like crock pots and multiple types of coffee pots. She has extra cozy blankets in the living room, beach towels for the sand dunes, shampoo and conditioner and even the toilet paper was decent (not usually the case) and the beds were super comfortable. Beautiful and cozy house, makes you feel like family when you walk in. We didnt get to use a majority of the things offered as it was a quick stay in December but we will definitely book this again when we come next year to see family!

We booked to attend a Thanksgiving celebration with family. We were so impressed. The place was very clean, inviting and very roomy.
We will be returning to Alamosa mid June and definitely plan to book again!!

Great long weekend visiting family in the area. The Home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large back yard and pool table were a huge plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal including spices and oils. We will stay here next time we visit! Thank you!

Loved our stay here! It was so cozy, from the couches, to the blankets, and the beds. It was a perfect place to relax and spend time together. We enjoyed playing foosball, cards, and watching tv. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and made cooking easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is the best equipped home I have ever stayed in with VRBO. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a peaceful stay. The pool table was fun for the whole family and the deer were a welcome bonus. Easy driving into the mountains and the Great Sand Dunes and Resort. I'll be back.

Everything about this place was convenient! The location, the size, all the amenities, kitchen, garage, pool table, Foosball, and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed taking a walk to the Adams State University campus. Cute and quiet neighborhood.

The house was just what we needed, plenty of sleeping and bathroom space! The yard was lovely and the garage was also super convenient. Lots of cooking supplies stocked in the kitchen and ample space to hang out. Great spot for an Alamosa getaway!

Our family stayed here 2 nights toward the end of a long road trip to visit Great Sand Dunes National Park. We were thrilled to have so much space and blown away by the well-stocked kitchen! (Really, if you want to cook, there is everything you have in your kitchen at home - crock pot, insta-pot, all the pots and pans, amazing coffee and espresso machines, even a food processor.) Everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were great as well! And Michele is a gem - we accidentally left something sentimental and she’s helping us get it home. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we’ll stay here for sure!

The home was waiting for our arrival being well cleaned and all expected items were there. The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances. The house location was great proximity to the downtown area and was in a quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the pool table. Wish we had planned to stay longer.

My husband and I made the trip to Alamosa from Denver to celebrate his birthday. We wanted more room than a hotel room gives and this house was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool table and the fact that we could park in a garage since it rained while we were there. The Great Sand Dunes were amazing! I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Alamosa!

This home was nicely furnished, had a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely master suite with huge jacuzzi tub in the master bath, pool table, fireplace and tv with movies and music. The beds were extremely comfortable with fine linens and comforters. We loved our time here.

Great place to stay, close to main street and stores. Only bad thing was two of the bedrooms didn't have televisions. My elder adult parents would of liked having one at night. Michelle was also amazing, help me in a pinch. I plan on staying here again.

We needed somewhere close to stay when visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park and we hit the jackpot! With a lot of vacation rentals, the word "clean" can be a relative term depending on the host, but this place was spotless. The rental was mostly just a place for us to crash, but had we stayed in the property itself longer, there were all sorts of game tables and games, plenty of seating, etc. We had a fantastic time and have already talked about returning at some point.
