We had a wonderful weekend trip to HHI for my wife’s birthday. The property was great, perfect location and our two labs really enjoyed hanging out in the screened-in patio watching the golfers, and the deer. We look forward to staying here again on future trips.

This unit was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. Overall a great experience. The unit is fully stocked with kitchen & bathroom items. We really enjoyed over-looking the golf course. We would totally rent the unit again.

This is our 2nd renting this townhouse and we absolutely loved it! It’s very clean and the owner provides everything! We will definitely stay here again 😀

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Was the perfect place for 2 people to relax and be close to Harbor Town. Owner was wonderful in all of her communication, especially since a hurricane moved through the day before check-in. Wonderful place. Would definitely stay here again.

Three adults and one Cavalier King Charles Spaniel made up our party. It was easy to arrive and check in...instructions were clear. The house is exactly as advertised...except i think the pictures dont do the place full justice. It was nicer, in my opinion, than the pics showed. Location is right on number 2 fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links. My dog spotted me while playing and ran out to say hello...which delighted everyone. It's too far to walk to the beach so you have to deal with the shuttle. However, we had friends staying on the other side of the island so we went to Folly Field beach mostly. Otherwise we went to South Beach because it was easier than the shuttle. Unfortunately there is no pool associated with the condo, but you can buy a pass at the South Beach pool which is great.
Checkout was simple. Commmunication was great...the owners were quick to respond and gave us some good information. All in all a very nice vacation. We unfortunately were there during the heat dome...ive been going to HH for 30 years and this was the hottest and most humid i have experienced. The condo was comfy though and we would book again!

It was exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet, close to Harbour Town and lots of other things. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Host Lee Ann was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was the perfect spot for a girls' golf getaway. When not on a golf course, we loved sitting in the high Adirondack chairs on the porch, watching both deer and golfers meander by!

Good location. Super cute condo and pet friendly. Really enjoyed sea pines, short bike ride to Harbor Town which has a new Restaurant Quarterdeck. Beautiful, food was fabulous and our waitress Michelle was fantastic!

We travel to HHI several times a year. This Location off # 2 fairway - Muirfield Place was fantastic. Great location for a short bike ride to the beach, evening walks to the lighthouse and afternoon Tennis and Pickleball matches. Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I (along with our small dog) spent Thanksgiving here. It was the perfect location and had all the amenities we needed. The views of the golf course were beautiful and we very much enjoyed spending time on the screened porch and the open deck. Communication with the host was excellent as well! We look forward to returning soon!

Lee Ann’s house provided us with a fabulous vacation spot. It was so nice to have such a cosy place to travel with our dog. He loved watching the golfers and the deer as they passed by from the screened in porch. There is a very convenient small plaza just a 5 minute walk away that had a pop up crafts and food market on Tuesdays. The house was well outfitted and very clean with very thick, plush towels! Hilton Head offers a great variety of activities especially the opportunity to bike everywhere. It also offers unique dining options such as the Jazz Corner! Thank you for a great stay - hope to return soon!

This was our second time staying at this property, the first with our 17 month old daughter. It was not only clean and easy to get in/out of, but our communication with the owner was seamless leading up to the trip. It was the perfect amount of space for us and with easy parking/no stairs, made for a great place for a family with small kids. The screened in porch made for a good place to easily contain her, too! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation stay
We had a great time here with our pet. Walking distance to Harbour Town & since my parents were staying at Monarch, we were able to get a parking pass & also walk on the beach.
The condo is actually better than the pictures & we loved sitting out on the screened in porch. We want to return soon.

FANTASTIC!
The property and upkeep is top-notch, as is the manager and everyone involved in creating a wonderful "home away from home" experience. Location is phenomenal, right at the landing area for the 2nd shot off the 2nd tee... super serene setting - we were even visited by a family of deer a couple days. Easy bike ride/walk to Harbour Town. Thank you for letting us stay, we truly had a fantastic time!

This was our 2nd time staying here with our two pups. We love the place and the location is great . The porch is so relaxing. Sea Pines has some great restaurants and bike trails. The beach was close and is dog friendly. We will be back!

We didn't think the pictures did this place justice after we saw it in person. It's bright, really nicely decorated, and was clean and comfortable. The mattresses in both bedrooms were terrific--better than hotel quality. And the bathrooms were state of the art, with terrific showers. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful from the day we booked it to the day we arrived. She even recommended bike rentals and restaurants since this was our first trip to the island. We will be back for sure!

We didn't think the pictures did this place justice after we saw it in person. It's bright, really nicely decorated, and was clean and comfortable. The mattresses in both bedrooms were terrific--better than hotel quality. And the bathrooms were state of the art, with terrific showers. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful from the day we booked it to the day we arrived. She even recommended bike rentals and restaurants since this was our first trip to the island. We will be back for sure!

Great family vacation!
This property was amazing - it was very clean and the perfect size for our family and small dog. The unit had everything you can ask for in a home even a hairdryer which I forgot!! We rented our bikes thru the property. They were delivered the day we got there and the shop picked them up the following week. We bike everywhere - short ride to the Sea Pines Center and Harbor Town. We also biked the beach club. On the days we had enough beach time, we went to the South Beach pool across from the Salty Dog. Highly recommend going to Nunzio Bar & Restaurant - it was absolutely delicious! We can't wait to come back!

Lee Ann's home is the perfect home base for exploring and enjoying HHI. It's close to the trolley, shops, and a great breakfast venue. Open the front door and wild deer looking at you and you looking back were a gift. The home was spotless, very well stocked (especially in the kitchen if you love to cook), and the screened in porch was our favorite spot to watch the golfers and simply chill. Spa-worthy bathrooms and a super comfortable bed made it even better. I can't wait to visit again.

Sometimes you go to a rental property and feel like you just have to "make do," but here we felt totally comfortable, as if we were at our own home. The bathrooms have been renovated are beautiful. The best part was the screened porch, where we spent many hours watching golfers or listening to the sounds of owls and insects at night.
