Immerso in City-By-The Sea, questo affascinante casa a 249 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimovacanza. Questo bagno con 2 camere da letto e 2 1/2 è ben tenuto e recentemente ristrutturato! Perfetto per i texani invernali o una località di pesca del fine settimana! La cucina si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo e soggiorno in modo da poter facilmente intrattenere. Il balcone al piano superiore si affaccia sul canale ed è perfetto per caffè al mattino o al tramonto. Quartiere molto bello e tranquillo. Per favore, se sei fuori, ricorda che la musica ad alto volume viaggia nell'acqua e alcuni vicini devono andare a lavorare la mattina successiva. Lo apprezzerebbero!

Communication with Denise was excellent as well as check in. The house is well equipped and very clean and comfortable.
The only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather. My guys still caught one trout and four red fish. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Denise!

My buddy and I try to find a place on directly on the water each year for a lost 3-day weekend of inshore kayak fishing. This year we chose this property right on a canal connected to Redfish Bay. Denise was very kind and allowed us to check in early so that we could have a full day of fishing on Thursday as well as Saturday and Sunday.
The house was beautiful and in immaculate condition. The neighbors were all great, both the immediate neighbors on either side and others along the canal as we set out in the mornings and returned in the afternoons.
Note also that a pool has just been added to the house. We didn't get a chance to use it because our focus was very much on fishing, but that's always a bonus in the hot Texas summers.
Highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay on the water in the Rockport area!

The house was really clean and has everything you need. The TV was a little difficult to work but we managed. Denise was very accommodating and we appreciated everything she did for us. We would like to come back especially after that pool is finished.

Our stay was very pleasant. Not only was the home beautiful and very clean, but the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. Lots of covered outdoor space to enjoy if weather is bad. Adequate parking for boat and vehicle. We have already booked another weekend at this home.

Excellent property!
Drop your boat in the water at the marina 3 miles away, then tie to the dock outside the house and then you are set for your entire stay.
The house is very beautiful, up-to date, peaceful and clean. The neighborhood is super safe.
Perfect for a couples getaway.

This home is perfect for a vacation! It had everything we could have possibly needed and was very clean. Love the decor and ability to fish off the back patio!! The location gives you the option of visiting Rockport or Port Aransas. Lots to do and see in the area.

Pros: pretty much everything. The location was great, the host was great, the house was beautiful, the dock was nice and useful, there’s a fish cleaning station at the dock, and the house is pretty well stocked with anything you might need. I only had one very minor issue and that was the barbecue pit. The barbecue pit was a little dirty and there was nothing to clean it with. We ran out and bought a brush., so, easily fixed.

We had the best time on our weekend get away. Densie did not disappoint! She was excellent to work with , the house was perfect and had everythinng we needed.. We loved fishing and making wonderful memories. Thanks for a great time!!!

The house was immaculately clean and well stocked on kitchen and bathroom supplies. The furniture and beds are super comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time on the upper and lower porches. This house is an absolute gem and the owner, Denise, is super responsive and a wonderful host! We will definitely return! :)

This is an excellent updated home.Well appointed home, enjoyed the waffle maker. Nice updated appliances. The water channel straight to the bay is perfect for fishing; bring your boat.We will be returning to this home.
