If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Just spent a few days with dear old friends and can’t say enough good things about this place. Starting with the ocean front view! The main floor/ open living space/ kitchen has a wall that is all windows and relaxing with friends, taking in that VIEW every day is something I will always remember; just beautiful!
Of course everything else was perfect, too. My bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including the VIEW!), and there were plenty of bathrooms for my group of ladies. Furniture and decor was all fresh and up to date. We will DEFINITELY gather here again, and I can’t wait!

Very nice property that is well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. There was a door between the rental units that did not lock from our side and which allowed noise through, especially to 1st floor BRs. Overall, a great week in a really nice beach house.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Great location, lots of updates throught, and an amazing view. My only complaint is that the listing doesn’t make it clear that the ground level bedroom/bathroom is completely cut off from the rest of the house.

It is a simple interior door which is rather scary and we didn't think to check if it was locked. The door to the first floor front porch didn't lock either. Both were a little unnerving.

This property is just amazing. Perfect location, amenities, and overall probably one of the best properties in OCNJ. The owner was very receptive and accommodating. We ran into a few things that are unavoidable but she was able to quickly respond and give us the solution. The sunrise on the beach deck was truly something and worth the price! We will definitely be booking in the future.

Beautiful house with a wonderful location!
The property was exactly as advertised with incredible beachfront views of the ocean! It is also a prime location, as we were only a short drive away from restaurants and a grocery store.
The owner of the property is a very kind, wonderful communicator and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible.
I would highly recommend this property to any and all types of groups!

To say that our weekend here was a blast would be an understatement! My husband was pleasantly surprised by family and friends to celebrate his 30th birthday and it was unforgettable! The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The views were everything I hoped they’d be and the access to the beach was extremely convenient. Everyone woke up early to watch the sunrise from the deck (so worth it) and no one wanted to leave when the weekend was over! I’ve had many requests to make a stay at this house a yearly tradition. Luckily, Julie was such an outstanding and communicative host that I would gladly plan another trip!

We loved every minute of this place! Kitchen area was great with two dining tables - lots of convenient usable space. We absolutely loved the beverage fridge with the two drawers. A lot of space for 4 families to reside and have space for themselves which is a huge plus in OCNJ!
We rented at tail end of summer so we did experience some wear and tear in a few places such as the
washoff hose on ground floor leaking badly; no propane for the grill, (spare tank was empty), and the Ice Maker in the main freezer struggling to produce.
Additional plus for the additional fridge and freezer in the garage as well as all the great beach gear such as toys for the kids and chairs for the adults!
Would definitely rent again!

Perfect October weekend
We came down to stay at Julie’s house As the weather is turning a bit colder and we had a rain day, but the weather didn’t matter- we absolutely loved our stay. Julie’s house was clean and beautiful and we loved being able to hear the ocean waves from the living room. We had plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our questions were quickly answered and Julie and her property manager were incredibly helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location
We had the best time. Great location to the beach, especially since we had young kids with us and they didn’t have to walk far.
The house was great- enough room for us all to be together and enough bathrooms and bedrooms for us. They also had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys to use.
We hope to return again next summer!

Everything was spotless. The view of the beach and ocean was wonderful. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. The kitchen was well equipped. There were extra beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart for the beach. We totally enjoyed our stay. One if our best vacations. Owner was great and responded immediately. Thank You Julie!

Amazing beach house
We had a wonderful stay. The beach front view and location couldn’t have been more beautiful and convenient. House has all we needed and was quite comfortable. We were two families and had plenty of space to stretch out. Upper deck views in the afternoon can’t be best. Also located on a section of the beach that was never crowded. Just perfect!

Views were perfect & house is beautiful. Kitchen is stocked. But the internet did not work well. The balcony was too hot during the day to sit out, they need an umbrella or something so you can enjoy the balcony.

Relaxing oceanfront with gorgeous view
This was our first time in Ocean City and the beach was very clean and family oriented. No loud music or obnoxious people. The house is right on the beach, a short 2 min walk out the back to access. The view is unbeatable and we spent a lot of time gazing at the ocean and having our meals outside. The house is very clean, although the carpeted areas could use a good steam cleaning. As another reviewer wrote, besides the master, the bedrooms are very tiny compared to what you would expect from the pictures. Other than the master, the bathrooms are also very small as well and could use an update. The kitchen and main living room is very spacious and perfect for large groups. I would bring extra hangers if you plan to hang your clothes. There were plenty of cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes. My only complaint is the Wifi. I was told it was a gigabit speed - there is hardly any reception in the master bedroom and it was very glitchy in the living room and particularly noticable when watching streaming video on the TV. You should note this is a townhouse so the walls are thin (neighbors can be heard especially on 2nd floor) and the outdoor space is not partitioned so you can see/hear your neighbors. Not a big deal if you don't mind these things.

Beautiful home on the beach. Close to downtown OC and Strathmere restaurants. Garage parking for one car and 2 in driveway. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect OC location for our first time with kids
We have two young children who love the beach. Every year we would rent homes in the Bahamas. This year we decided to see what the NJ shore has to offer. It would be our first time at the shores.
This home was perfect for our 6 member family. It was right on the beach and it was a 10 minute drive to the Boardwalk. We parked at the 11th street parking lot which was perfect for the rides for the kids. The community felt safe, clean and quaint which was what I wanted.
Besides the downstairs master, all the rooms were a bit smaller then we had thought. We used one of the rooms to store our luggages. The home is very charming with two floors. The kitchen area was our favorite spot and the balcony provided a wonderful view to the beach. We sat there enjoying the breeze and our lunch. There is also a little area to picnic on the ground/ beach level which we didn’t use.
Julie provides all the essentials for cooking and cleaning which was a plus. The floors were sticky when we checked in but it looked like it was cleaned. Maybe it was the cleaning product. It was strange that all the cabinets had things in it like cleaning supplies and blankets and pillows. I just combined some of the things so we had a place to hang our clothes and store our belongings ( in the master). It wasn’t a big deal and I put things back when we checked out.
Overall it was a wonderful vacation. Perfect and charming location. Julie was wonderful with check in directions and answering questions. I would recommend this home.

Beautiful oceanfront beach house
Spacious beach house with amazing ocean views and plenty of room for all. Very short walk to beach and quiet location. House had everything needed including beach chairs, beach tags, pots, pans, plenty of hot water and two washers and dryers. Enjoyed having coffee and eating meals on the outdoor decks. We had a wonderful week and look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful house with incredible ocean views!
We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house! Great for large families or multiple families. Huge Kitchen/Dining/Family Room on the top floor with space for everyone. Bedrooms are perfectly separated for privacy. Two large decks with wonderful unobstructed views of the ocean! Julie is awesome to deal with and very responsive if you have any questions.
