Questo è un condominio fronte oceano che abbiamo acquistato di recente che non è mai stato disponibile sul mercato degli affitti per le vacanze. Possediamo anche la proprietà, nello stesso edificio, che è proprio accanto che abbiamo iniziato a affittare quest'anno a luglio (VRBO / Home Away # 572846). Inizialmente abbiamo acquistato questa proprietà in modo da avere un posto sull'oceano per venire con i nostri figli e nipoti. Ogni proprietà ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e un corridoio adiacente nel mezzo. Ciò che è unico di questa proprietà è, insieme al patio fronte oceano ad uso esclusivo di 300 piedi quadrati, ha una terrazza con giardino privato sul retro. Due delle camere hanno porte per accedere alla terrazza. Queste due camere da letto possono essere chiuse dal resto dell'appartamento per motivi di privacy. Questa proprietà è perfetta per due coppie o una famiglia di quattro persone con nonna e nonno.
Dopo aver acquistato il condominio, abbiamo completamente ridipinto, messo tutti i nuovi tappeti e tutti i nuovi mobili. Ci sono due maestri, ognuno con letti king size e una terza camera con due letti singoli.
Il nostro posto è situato a pochi minuti dal SeaWorld, dallo zoo di San Diego, dal Balboa Park, dal centro di San Diego, dal Seaport Village e dall'aeroporto. Si trova a breve distanza in auto da Legoland e Safari Park.
Il condominio ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, aria condizionata centralizzata, internet wireless ad alta velocità, stampante wireless, lettore CD, lettore DVD e DVR. Lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno dell'unità. C'è un parcheggio sotterraneo fianco a fianco per due auto.
È un classico del sud della California .... scogliere, rocce, spiaggia e molo. Cammina per tutti o visualizza dal tuo condominio.

We enjoyed walking the beach area every day. Property had gorgeous views, comfy beds … Our group of 5 adults had a wonderful time and would return again to this property

This condo can't be beat! We sat on the patio in January and watched the ocean waves, but had privacy from the people down on the rocks. Oh, and the sunsets! Walking distance to wonderful restaurants in Ocean Beach and the Wednesday Farmers Market. Easy drive to the airport, Balboa Park, beach communities, Torrey Pines; anywhere. We didn't meet Donna in person but she communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. The place was clean, well-kept, and safe. Just plan on a grocery run when you first arrive.

We are familiar with OB already but we don’t live in San Diego anymore. Coming here to stay is the perfect landing pad- walking distance to everything, waking up to coffee on the ocean and a having a fireplace for Christmas morning- we couldn’t ask for a better experience. It’s been a lovely stay for my parents, spouse and children! Can’t wait to rent here again!

This VRBO was perfect! I wanted a clean place in a convenient location with a view of the ocean and this exceeded expectations. We enjoyed watching and listening to the waves and walking down to the cove and also seeing all of the activity from our patio! Each evening we loved watching the sunset--truly magical!
The condo was so clean and comfortable and all six of us adults felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we were able to walk the beach as well as go to the farmer's market, good restaurants, breweries and shops. I would definitely book this place again! Thank you to Donna for all of the extra help she gave us and for being so accommodating and quick with responses!

Lovely condo, in a quiet area. Access to the beach was perfect, not so close I had to worry about the kids running out there, but close enough to pop down any time we wanted. Property was clean, and well appointed

There were 4 of us "grandmas" who have known each other since first week of college in 1966! (Not giving out any ages, ha!) We couldn't have asked for better accommodations, view and the beds were wonderful! It was a little confusing getting into the unit the first time, but we figured it out and all was good after that. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine on the patio every night. Uber was our best friend as we didn't have a car and we went everywhere using this service, no problem. We all highly recommend this property. Being the grandmas we are, we wouldn't be so sure about bringing our little grand babies here (toddlers) for safety concerns outside, but ok for 7-8 year olds. It was perfect for us!

Wonderful place to stay! Easy access to Zoo, Safari, Padres Game, and Airport. The location is beautiful. Absolutely Lovely! We will stay here if returning to San Diego. Donna is a fabulous host !

Property was great with comfortable beds, a living room and master bedroom all with vies of the Pacific Ocean and Beach access. Great restaurants within a few blocks. Will definitely look at staying here again. By the way, Donna, our host was great at answering all my questions.

This property had everything we needed, with very comfortable beds and pillows! Easy walk to downtown Ocean Beach, which we enjoyed. What really surprised us was the wonderful beach area below that isn’t shown in the pictures! If you are able, there are stairs going down to the beach and you can walk around on the rocks. Fun and beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets from there! We enjoyed watching the dogs that people brought down there to play in the water! Our only con was that the parking was underground (safe with a gate code) but very tight in unit 2 since there is a covered car already parked there, so have to fit between the wall and car with dimly lit underground. Maybe the car will be moved and maybe you’ll have a smaller vehicle than us. Loved our stay and highly recommend!!

We loved this property! Ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom are exceptional. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the amazing ocean view and beach below. The condo was clean and in good condition with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The parking garage made parking easy. Amenities were all in working condition. We hope to return soon.

Ocean Beach and the neighborhood is quite ecletic but the view from this condo superceded it all. We enjoyed every evening outside enjoying the ocean views and tide pools. Our last day was even more perfect when we were able to see the dolphins! Amazing! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great condo with parking in OB. Easy walk to downtown on ocean path along the shore or down the sidewalk behind the condo. We would definitely stay here again when in San Diego.

Plenty of room for our family of five. This condo was as advertised, all appliances in good working order, kitchen well-stocked, beds comfy, parking garage below unit was a bit tight but easy and secure. Stair access to small beach area below. It is the first floor of a two level condo so my only complaint is we could hear the people above us stomping around. Otherwise it was pretty quiet during our stay. Everything else was perfect. Being right on the ocean was amazing. Not a far drive to anything in the SD area. Would stay here again.

Right on the ocean, location is 15 minutes from Balboa, 15 minutes from old town. Little bit of a snafu while trying to check in but got ahold of the owner easily and everything worked out. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Amazing view. Close walk to OB. Many great restaurants to try. Donna was fantastic with helping us extend our stay due to airline cancellations. Very pleased with our experience.

Check in was easy, and communication was good. The apartment is within walking distance to some great restaurants, coffee cafes, and bars. Parking was underground and easy. We have a large 4 runner but we went out of season and had no problem parking as not many other guests were there. The apartment was clean and well decorated. It came with both a Kuerig and filter coffee maker; however, no coffee pods or grounds were in the apartment so we went out for coffees. Bring your own if you want to stay in. You cant beat the location with beach walks just a minute away. We would stay again, and are thankful for the opportunity to have spend 3 lovely nights there.

Spacious and clean condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Easy access to stairs that lead to a beach area. Only a couple blocks from bars and delicious restaurants, easy to walk to and from.

This property was perfect for our holiday travels. We were able to access it without problems, even in the middle of the night (thanks holiday travel 2022).
The view of the ocean is stunning! What a beautiful site to see after so many airports.
I was immediately struck by how clean the space was. Spotless! We had everything we could possibly need from beach chairs to games to play as a family.
The kids had room to spread out, and there was a cozy room with a gas fireplace where we could all gather for our San Diego Christmas morning.
I will definitely book again if we get the opportunity to return, and I recommend this property while-heartedly!

We stayed as a family from age 10-92 and totally enjoyed the property, the view, the sounds of the crashing waves below us. The property was clean and well stocked with the basics. It will stay at the top of our list for future trips to San Diego.

Our group had a great stay! Amazing views and location. Short walk to many bars and restaurants. A wonderful cove just down some steps to enjoy the beach (with provided beach chairs). Excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend this property.

This property is everything you want on vacation. Beautiful mornings having coffee over looking the ocean. The afternoon and evenings were filled with local attractions all near by or in walking distance. We had an amazing time and would definitely book here again. My sons wanted to stay forever.

Beautifully situated on the cliffs just south of Ocean Beach this home is well kept and the outdoor spaces are perfect. I highly recommended staying here. The surrounding area is quiet, but it was midweek. I cannot attest for weekends.

These 2 condos side by side, provided a great reunion for my family. I rented one side with my brothers, nephew and his wife. Then the other side was for my daughters family which included 4 children. We had other relatives staying close by. The spacious patio allowed plenty of seating. Everyone so enjoyed the cove below for swimming, sand and exploring.
