House was clean. Listing was accurate. Yaniv was communicative and the instructions were clear. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

I wish the yard was more clean. The neighborhood didn't feel too safe. But nothing bad happened. I think the house could he cheaper.

I rely heavily on reviews to choose VRBO accommodations and have never been disappointed until now. Our host, Yaniv, was kind and responsive. The interior of the home was clean and cute as advertised. When we arrived at the property, we were struck with disbelief. I had to double check the address because the house didn’t look like what I expected of a highly rated property. A section of the fence around the property had been crashed through and broken. It was replaced by caution tape, which made it look more like a crime scene than a vacation property. A rusted classic car was parked in the driveway. The side and back yards had industrial furniture stacked in them. The living room couch was broken. The house is close to the Strip, so we should have expected the area to be a little sketchy. Nevertheless, we were surprised to see homeless people strolling the sidewalks pushing shopping carts. Someone left a pile of dirty, ragged clothes right outside the gate. Luckily, when we came back later that day they were gone, replaced by what appeared to be urine on the sidewalk. Overall, we were underwhelmed given the high number of five star ratings this property has on VRBO and felt we should share some of the downsides for anyone who expects more.

I have rented properties with VRBO in Palm Springs and nearby cities, all were great, but this one is the WORST I've stayed at, ghetto neighborhood, pictures in your website they don't represent the so called house, front security gate rusty, falling apart, the living room not even close to their post, master bedroom main window has a wooden security that seems is being eating by termites and the frame area hasn't been clean in ages, patio area are the worst. I was JUST TOO EMBARRASSED WHEN MY GUESSES SHOW UP to celebrate New Years eve, Doesn't VRBO have a Quality Control department to check on the quality of the houses?????They even left a rotten rib eye steak from about weeks ago in it. I should get some I charges back, period.

Property owner is very friendly and very helpful. There home is more wonderful in-person.

The house was very spacious and clean. My family and I enjoyed the location and comfort of the home.

The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were good, well equipped kitchen. Parking out front was a bonus. Very close to the strip and amenities.
