We spent a week at Dominique's place with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. It's a nicely set up little studio apartment on the beach at Grand Case with a spectacular view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Check in and check out were simple and informative (thanks to Julia!). The apartment is nicely placed within short walking distance (5-10 min) of the restaurants in "downtown" Grand Case (although beware of the narrow/non existent sidewalks, specially if children are involved), small grocery shop/pharmacy, and the only ATM we found in town. The apartment has parking at the front (we rented a small car). After driving around the island we decided that the beach at Dominique's apartment was our favorite, together with the nearby Friar's Bay. It is safe to swim and there are a few minor rocks right there with tropical fish for snorkeling. The apartment is far enough from the "downtown" bars on the beach to be nice and quiet, while it is easy to walk down the beach to get a cocktail at one of them. Better snorkeling is available at the north end of Friar's Bay, or at the Rocher Creole (which requires getting on a boat, we took the Bubble Shop boat from Anse Marcel, it was very relaxed). Overall, a great experience.

We loved this beach front stay in Grand Case. We were within 10 minutes walk of the best restaurants on the island, which we visited each day (La Villa, Ocean 82, the LoLo’s, Rainbow Cafe to name a few). There are two small supermarkets and a pharmacie within walking distance as well. We used and enjoyed the provided beach chairs right out front on Grand Case beach and did some snorkeling as well. The AC worked very well in bedroom area, kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook your own meals. The parking was easy and Julia’s helpful tip to back our car into the parking spot was very helpful when getting back out on the busy road. The bed pillows were different from what we are used to in America, a little uncomfortable and flat but we got used to it and were able to sleep just fine. We had no issues with water supply during our stay, and the property manager Julia was very communicative and friendly. We will be planning our next trip back soon! The resort was great, but dining was limited to a small corner outside. The road going to the resort is a total mess.

Dominique went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had access to beach chairs an umbrella, snorkeling equipment, beach towels, and more! Great kitchenette and comfortable bed, SO close to great restaurants and beautiful hikes. Short walk to an amazing French bakery and small groceries. Parking was a breeze if you rent a car. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

i owner was awesome and very helpful wanting our stay to be enjoyable as were the other occupants at the complet. The view was awesome from the deck area and there are chairs and coolers to take to enjoy other beaches. The bed, chairs and sitting area all could use more cushion as not very comfortable. the complex ran out of water three times which seems to happen on the French side.

The apartment is exactly as described! It had everything we needed, and more for the two of us. All the kitchen ware, big frig, coffee makers, blenders, beach towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas and a parking space. The bed was comfortable. We loved being able take the short walk to Grand Case for shopping, and a great variety of dining. If you wanted to party at the beach clubs down the beach you have that option, but it was quiet at our place. We loved being able to walk to Happy Bay and Friars Bay- nice beaches. It is a small 3 story building - this apartment is on the 2nd floor which we really liked- great view and feels very safe. As stated in the ad, there are limited tv options, and the Wi-Fi may not be what many are used to. The best for last; THE BEACH! It is nice and clean and easy for us to swim. I looked at a lot of places, and are so happy we stayed here. We hope to come again soon!

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment for a week in Grand Case. Dominique and Julia were excellent hosts who gave us a very warm welcome and provided lots of useful information on the neighborhood and also set us up with a great Taxi contact, Tony, who took us on a very enjoyable 3hr tour of the Island. The condo is very well located right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and a local supermarket within easy walking distance. It was a perfect vacation, it was like being on a private beach! Highly recommended.

Pictures looked amazing that is why I booked this condo. Sometimes pictures look better than the real property. In this case the pictures were accurate! Place was beautiful!!! Owner and manager were exceptionally helpful!! This place had everything we needed plus more!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will stay here again!!

After many years of short 3-4 hour cruise ship visits to Saint Martin over the years, the pandemic provided us the opportunity to stay and experience the island fully. This studio apartment was perfect. Close to Marigot and Orient Beach. However, you don’t need to go to any other beach, as you have your very own private beach. It was great. Not far from Phillipsburg if you want to go shopping for jewelry, etc. The unit has 2 sets of soundproof glass doors that keep out noise at night. The owner has thoughtfully provided everything you need for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and blue ice. The Super U grocery store is very close to get any you need.. If you prefer to eat out, there many nice French cuisine restaurants within 5 minutes, which we enjoyed thoroughly.. You can do as much or little as you want here . I enjoyed a lot of downtime doing nothing but looking at the clear, emerald green water on many mornings. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, I felt safe, the beach was quiet, the food from area restaurants was amazing and Julia was a huge helps!

This property is perfect for traveling alone or as a couple. It is located right on the beach and very close (walking distance) to the bars and restaurants in Grand Case. L'express by Bucchus is a fantastic French bakery and it's only about 5 min by cars. The windows facing the ocean open all the way across, so you feel the ocean breeze and hear ocean waves even indoor. I enjoyed my morning yoga in the kitchen/balcony area. We spent most of our days outside the room, but we often come back for the sunset at the beach with beverages or pastries before going out for dinner or nightlife. We came to St. Martin every year for the past 3-4 years and this is the first time we stayed at the French side. Dominique only speaks French but he tried to communicate via messages in English and Dominique is great to work with. Julia is the property manager and she speaks English well. When we checked in, Julia came to show us the property and where everything is kept. They pretty much prepared everything you would need at the house. We enjoy our stay at Dominique's property so much that we are planning to stay here again next year.

Such a unique property on the beautiful turquoise water! Walking distance to all the great French restaurants and shopping in Grand Case. Best part about the stay, which will certainly bring us back, was the ability to walk to Happy Bay. The most pristine and private beach on the island! My wife and I have visited St Martin many times, but this time decided to look at Vrbo. We like Grand Case's village vibe and after looking at listings, settled on this studio apartment on the GC beach. The studio was clean, well-furnished (with everything we would likely ever need), and convenient. There was no street noise, which is surprising given the traffic going through the area. Off-street parking was another bonus. We liked having a washing machine and next year will bring half the clothes. Our host, Julia, met us and was a great help showing us the features. We had no problems during our stay. Altogether it was a wonderful experience for us, and we are already talking about returning next year.

This condo is all it says it is and more: accommodations, location, out the door and toes in the ocean. We have been coming to the island for 12 years and this is by far our best 2 weeks. The owner and agent were both wonderful and couldn't have been friendlier. We give the condo an A+ and will definitely be back. Grand Case has it all and we highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this property. Dominique and Julia were excellent hosts. If you are looking for relaxing beach time, there is absolutely no reason to leave here cause the best beach spot on the island is right outside the door. Will definitely be back!

But we were happy to have that car when we went to Super U, where we stocked up on french cheese, pate, sausages, bread and wine; this was the best grocery store we have every been to in the Caribbean. The studio was perfect, on the second floor, a small equipped kitchen with a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and sliding doors that open up on the waterfront. The beach chairs and umbrella at your disposal are a plus as many rental properties do not offer this in the Caribbean. All of these great amenities, but the best thing about this studio were the people; Julia, the very efficient property manager who gave us many suggestions, and especially, Dominique and Martine, who own the studio. We were fortunate that they were there at the time we arrived as they reached out to us, showed us around and made us feel at home. Warm people, great food, beautiful island!

My husband and I were looking for a feet in sand getaway. We found it at Dominique’s condo on the beach in Grand Case. Clean and efficiently furnished with all the necessary items needed. A home away from home. There was great communication throughout the entire rental experience. And Julia, the condo manager was very helpful in arranging for a COVID test before our flight back home. We were without a car although walking distance to food stores bakery restaurants etc. We are looking forward to our return.

This property is located on the prettiest beach on the island. The property is very clean and well equipped. It was like our home away from home. It was our third time on the same beach, just different property this time. Julia is very friendly and helpful. She helped us with getting the COVID-19 test for the flight back home done, as well as a cab service to the airport. She answered all of our questions. We can hardly wait to go to the same property next time.

Perfect location. Practically had our own private beach. We explored other beaches and liked grand case, the one right outside our door, the best. Condo was clean and the view!!! I miss it! The photos for this place are spot on. Dominique was great with communicating and providing recommendations. Not like other hosts who you only hear from when it’s time for you to check in or leave. I appreciated the messages Dominique. And Julia who checked us in was very friendly and a great source of information. Looking forward to returning!

We loved waking up and being steps from the beach, a short walk to the local bakery in the morning for the most amazing croissants! We loved spending the days on Grand Case Beach (there is no need to go anywhere else) - a few side trips to Marigot & Philipsburg for shopping. Don't be intimidated by driving on the island, it's so easy to get around. The sunsets from either the beach or the apartment were spectacular. We would HIGHLY recommend this property.
