I had a great time here. The condo was better than expected. It was very clean and nice with all the imenties you would need on any stay. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo during spring break! The unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Lora was very helpful, easy to work with and wonderful to communicate with. The pool area is literally right in front of the unit which is nice for keeping track of the kids, and the view of the ocean is great! We slept with the windows open every night and enjoyed the sound of the surf. The beach in this area is perfect; beautiful sand and not crowded at all. We hope to be back soon!

We loved this little piece of Beach Paradise! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfy and the view were spectacular! Private access to the beach was so easy and close (and not crowded!). Owner was very responsive and helpful! A1A Back 40 (restaurant) is right across the street (walking distance)...check it out! Thank you for a perfect weekend getaway for our family!

We stayed here in April 2017 with our 3 kids. It was a wonderful location with the pool right out the back and the beach path alongside that. Loved that we could look out the windows and see the ocean. The condo was very clean and accommodating. The 2cd bedrooms with the bunk beds was perfect with 3 kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was excellent with her communication and making sure we were comfortable. I appreciated the extra toothpaste in the bathroom as one of the kids did forget to pack that :) The only suggestion I have (and not effecting our stay) would be some sort of travel folder or binder/guide. I did not know the area so something to suggest where the grocery stores are, recommended restaurants and things to do. We drove down to the Washington Oaks Gardens and that was just beautiful. I also found the tourist stop in St. Augustine but maybe have some of those flyers to look through at the condo? Again, just a thought- definitely did not effect how nice the location and the housing were. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. If we came back to St Augustine I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had the most pleasant stay in Saint Augustine Beach for the month of February. Such a beautiful spot. Sea Haven is very charming with the ocean right outside your door. We kept the window ajar every night to listen to the waves. Having the city of Saint Augustine only 7 miles away was also a plus with their many restaurants and it is such a great city to enjoy walking. Looking forward to returning next year.

We walked into a wonderful, friendly group at Sea Haven enjoying golf games and happy hours that only a truly welcoming community provides. One cannot over estimate the advantages this provides in learning about sites to see, places to eat, pubs to visit and special events to experience like local markets, historical sites and theater presentations. The firm beach sand was also an advantage providing a great environment for walking and biking. You could even drive your car along it if you wished to. The accommodations were comfortable and provided a pool and ocean view, even from the special master bedroom. The kitchen was small, but modern and well outfitted. Finally, topping it off, the owner was very well organized, thoughtful and cooperative. What more could a wandering snowbird ask for!

It's taken me a few months to write a much deserved review for this beautiful ocean view condo. It exceeded every single expectation I had. My husband and I were married on the beach a few miles down the road and spent our entire honeymoon relaxing in this condo. The master bedroom was a dream come true. It was spacious and airy, with ocean views. We slept with the windows open and were awaken by the bright morning skies. The balcony was our second favorite place. We spent tons of time overlooking the pool area and enjoying the ocean breeze. The kitchen was BEAUTIFUL! Stunning, really. The entire place was just everything a couple/family could have imagined and more! We'll definitely be back. We hope to reserve again for our one year anniversary. I cried when we had to leave. This place is worth every penny and is in a great location. Thank you for having us! God bless.

The condo is very comfortable and clean...my parents enjoyed their month long stay immensely. The beach is gorgeous and only a few steps away. Thank you!

You will not find a better vacation spot in Florida! We have been renting this condo for 8 years. We absolutely love it!! Best beach in Florida and this complex is small and very friendly. We feel like it is our second home now. The owners are fabulous, wonderful to deal with and we highly recommend this property!

The condo was good. just like in '07. Door lock box operated well. Happy with all aspects of the unit. Bedding in master is very noisey...prob. due for a replace on the box springs. Pool & deck cleaned daily. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Stayed before and liked it and did this time also. Some of the guests at the pool are not. family friendly...beware of drinks in pool and poolside. Time for the owners assoc. to step up.(maybe it's just the time of the year)? A good place to stay. Would happily return.

We loved your condo and enjoyed our stay in spite of tropical storm Debby and only having about a day and a half to enjoy the beach and pool. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and roomy with everything we needed. Old St. Augustine was an easy drive away. The area was quiet and it was nice not to have to deal with a lot of the traffic and crowds in some beach towns. Good restaurants right on AIA so you didn't have to go back into St. Augustine...great italian right across the street, nice Mexican restaurant in the Publix shopping center and we ate at the Oasis three times! We are hoping to return September or October and hopefully have nicer weather. The only change I would have made would be more light in the living area. The lamps were dim for reading and needlework especially at night and cloudy days. Otherwise A+ condo!!! Wish you allowed pets :)

We found this condo to be well-appointed and comfortable. We have stayed in condos in the past with a poor choice of furniture and cheap kitchens, but not this unit. The sectional sofa was great, for we were able to fit the entire family on it. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer were much nicer than what we expected. The unit was clean and quiet and very nice. We enjoyed the pool (even though it is a bit small) and the beach was clean and wide. We loved visiting downtown St. Augustine and we found the drive getting there not bad at all. We also had good luck with dining, for there was a great variety of restaurants. There were a few minor drawbacks, but nothing that affected our stay. We could find no blankets or quilts for laying around to watch television, so we were forced to use beach towels as blankets which was a bit of a drag. We also prefer to have a porch directly facing the ocean where this unit was set a ways back, but these 'complaints' were very mild compared to our overall satisfaction of the unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and condo and we all agreed we would be happy to return to this unit. The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend this unit and owner. Boschert Family

The beach here is beautiful! Perfect quiet and private location. Great for children. Plenty of towels and storage. The pool is warm and the weather was great. Excellent friendly restaurants and sightseeing nearby. Our family loves the beach in St. Augustine! Thank-you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Gorgoeous condo inside and out. Very spacious floorplan on both floors. Furniture extremely comfortable and current .. no 1970s wicker or rattan inside this condo. The decor is beautiful and comfy providing that home-away-from-home feeling. Condo is in the perfect location with both pool and beach views. Located in a small beachfront complex that is very well maintained (appears to have some recent upgrades especially on the beach walkover with new deck boards) and the pool was serviced and cleaned each morning. Complex location makes for easy & scenic drives to old town St Augustine and Vilano Beach to the north or Matanzas Inlet and Flagler Beach to the south. No crowds on the beach or streets to interfere with your vacation. Wonderful pizza/pasta restaurant directly across the street as well. Will for sure rent this "home" again on our next visit to Crescent Beach. Thank you Lora & family for sharing your condo with us.
