Recentemente ristrutturato 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. 2 camere da letto hanno letti Queen e il 3 ha 2 gemelli, perfetto per una famiglia. Un sacco di spazio nell'armadio. Tutte le porte scorrevoli conducono al Lanai e alla Sparkling Pool. Poco oltre il Lanai schermato si trovano le viste sul bellissimo lago. Lo shopping presso il Sarasota Square Mall o Gulf Gate si trova nelle vicinanze e la scelta di molti ristoranti è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Il Tamiami Trail è solo un paio di miglia di distanza che porta a nord verso il centro di Sarasota o dirigiti a sud verso la meravigliosa città di Venezia. Ho già parlato della famosa Siesta Key? Meno di 5 miglia dal parcheggio in spiaggia! Questa casa è pulita, confortevole e tutto è stato pensato per la tua comodità.

Location was great. We visited 5 beaches with unique experiences within 15 min drive. Ample space for the family. The pool was a nice addition.
My only recommendations would be:
New(er) pots and pans, more cups/glasses, silverware, and plates. I would also recommend new lounging chairs by the pool - the ones were rusty and I was nervous one was going to break! Also - there was not enough kitchen (grill too) utensils. Maybe more hangers do shelving for clothes. We had 4 teenagers - so TV’s in the two spare bedrooms could have provided much downtime for the kiddos.
We appreciated the beach umbrella, the towels and beach towels, the clothes lines, the washer/dryer, cleanliness, location, comfortable master bed, spacious showers, pillow and blankets and let’s just say the fans for each bead room!!!!
Overall - we have traveled many places for spring break and I would FOR SURE rent this house again.

Enjoyed the overall comfort of property. Pool was nice. Found the house to be very well stocked. Bird watching on the lake was great along with all the other wildlife. Would definitely stay again.

It had some minor problems and pool heater didn’t work at first but they fixed very quickly.overall was good experience and close to beaches,shopping,restaurants

The place was nice and peaceful. Loved watching the ducks and cranes in the lake out back. The pool was very much enjoyed by my grandson.
Love how it’s close to everything and you don’t have to drive far. Our family had a great stay and we made lots of memories.

Awesome property & host!
This property had everything you could ever need! The host was super friendly & made sure all of our needs were met. The house was really clean, had all of the items/amenities one needed for a comfortable vacation, and the location is perfect. Neighborhood is really quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely book here again!

Beach Family Vacay
Upon arrival I was very pleased to notice the house was much bigger than anticipated. The home was also very well appointed. It’s in a great location the beaches are less than a 10 minute drive. There is also shopping, gas, food, bait and tackle within 2 miles. If you don’t want to do the beach the pool is very relaxing the water was warm the area is shaded so it’s very easy for kids to play out there and be very comfortable. The management team was on point any issues I had or questions were addressed immediately. I would definitely stay at this property again when I come to siesta key.

What a perfect little hideaway!
This house was amazing. Great location, beautiful backyard/pool to relax in, and an easy drive to Siesta Key for the beach and night life. We felt some of beds were a bit stiff, but we still had a great stay and everyone enjoyed our weekend trip. Definitely recommend!

Communication was good. There were a few issues with the pool and host was quick to respond. Would recommend getting bigger garbage cans for inside and cleaning supplies that can be used.

The house was great for family’s needs. It’s super close to the beach but loved having the pool so we didn’t have to go to the beach constantly we could just lay out and swim at the house. It was just the right space for our family of four. Just what we needed.

It's also only like 5 minutes from the beach, and right down the street from strip malls with restaurants and shopping. Its the perfect location. We did have a slight issue with the pool heater, but Larisa was quick to respond and got the pool heater up and running again. But even with the heater issue, I still rate this place with 5 stars! We definitely look forward to coming back next year! I would definitely recommend.

The home could use a bit of TLC. Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great pool! Larisa was great to work with. Always easy to contact with immediate response to any issue we had.

Had a pleasant stay and the pool being heated was a real bonus! The house was spacious enough but could use a little pick me up. Great location to nearby restaurants, bars and shopping.

This rental home is in a great location. Close to both Highway 72 and Highway 41. Just a short ride to Siesta Key Beach and Village and lots of great dining and adult beverages to be had atthe little Gulf Gate village. The house has been somewhat updated. We did miss ceiling fans for some added ventilation. We would definitely rent this house again!
