The place feels so cozy, and with its beautiful nature surroundings makes the best getaway to just relax. Very spacious to stay in. Has everything extra and more for your accommodation that you may have forgotten. Owners are amazing and quick to respond. Definitely come back to stay!

The home was very clean and roomy. A beautiful home with everything needed for any stay. Met one nice family. Owner was very nice and answered the phone immediately. I forgot to turn the thermostat back and he was super about it. Would definitely recommend this to all visitors.

We had the best little escape from reality. It was the time my husband and I desperately needed after recently miscarrying our first child. The property was calm and relaxing - healing for our hearts. We had fun taking advantage of the owner’s recommendation- Neon Taco let our dogs on the restaurant! We loved walking down to Bagnell Dam and checking out the history of Ha Ha Tonka state park.

Stayed in another unit years ago that was tired. This unit has clearly been updated recently. Couldn't tell they allow4d pets. Quite clean. Kitchen stocked with necessary utensils. Loved acces to pier and dining on deck along with grill. Definitely suggest to others.

Very well maintained. Updated within the last few years with new fixtures and appliances. The view of the pool and the lake are beautiful and easy to access on foot. We loved that we could bring along our dog who travels everywhere with us. May I suggest a gate on the decks for dogs? Speaking of decks, we had a beautiful sunset dinner on the deck for our 31st anniversary! 💕
The master bed was too soft for our taste but we saw others loved it by their reviews. The rest of the furniture was the most comfortable furniture we have experienced with VRBO’s. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

It was a beautiful place. Clean and really well stocked. The location was great because pool was so close and the docks to put in my paddle board. It was a larger cove which was nice for paddle boarding and swimming. Parking was tight. My husband has long bed double cab 2500 diesel. He was able to squeeze it in but it was very tight. We had two other SUVs they fit fine. One had to be parked on another part of the property which we were aware of the property only having 2 parking spots. Beautiful views. Plenty of room to walk your dog. Great place. We would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay

This house was just the right size and price for our crew of 6. Weve always been intrigued by Treetops and were excited to check it out.
Quiet cove and well maintained house. Plus one of the most important things: a soft master bedroom bed!! We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great stay for our first time at the lake! Having the pool and the doc just steps away from the house was perfect for us to relax and float and hang out. Beds and couches were very comfortable and all of the mentioned updates were all very nice. We enjoyed both decks as well, and even saw a shooting star :)

We loved this place. Out of all the places we have stayed on LOTO and Table Rock areas, this is by far our favorite. Our kids loved being at the dock fishing and caught quite alot for early spring. You have great lake views from several rooms in the cabin. This is a very unique set up / place to stay and the cabin had alot of charm. The owners have gone out of their way with updates and comforts to make sure you enjoy your stay. We enjoyed both levels of the deck, outdoor seating and lighting. We did visit the indoor pool and it was also nice and clean. This cabin had direct water access, where several in Tree Top Village did not.

Very Awesome place! The hexagon design and spiral staircase made it really feel like a true vacation ! Walked right to the cove water. Super easy access everywhere! Felt like my own Gma or Mom stocked “” the the place🥰

Property was very well kept. Everything you need is provided. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, things for the family to do. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. The beds were so comfortable as well as the couches in the living room. Pool was right next door and very well maintained. We will definitely be back

Great Week at the Lake!
This is our second straight year at #15 at the Lake of the Ozarks. We love the comfortable house and amazing location! In addition to the lake, we enjoyed the property pools and tennis courts. We definitely plan to return in the future.

Great family memories! The location is great, courtesy boat slips super convenient, and pool very close! I thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Nice view. What the pictures don't show (that I wish I knew) is the two bathrooms (not pictured) are stuck in the 70's with foggy mirrors and rusty medicine cabinets. Although a lot of the house had been updated the bathrooms are in need. The upper deck doesn't connect to the bottom deck. To use the grill, you have to go down the spiral staircase to the lower level and out to the deck (or walk all the way around the front to the back). And, the house is crooked/leans on one end making you feel like you walk downhill at the far end of the house, as a result, the master bathroom door is so out of alignment it will not shut. Treetop village is a nice community and overall we had a great time. The host is SUPER responsive and available for all questions! Nothing stopped us from have a good time and making great family memories.

Exceeded Expectations!
Treetop Village did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded our expectations greatly!
The property was very clean and completely stocked, there was even a welcome basket with snacks for our hungry teenage crew.
The furniture all seemed new and very comfy.
The pool was literal steps away and not terribly busy. Being part of The Four Seasons Resort we also had access to 3 more pools one of which had a great outdoor bar. It was not in walking distance (no sidewalks) but only a 2 min car ride away.
There is a new full grocery/liquor store 5 min as well as tons of shops, restaurants and bars within 10-15 mins
Besides being on the lake, there are tons of activities, go karts, a huge ropes course, helicopter rides, boat rental, and jet ski rental which our kids took advantage of.
John, the property owner was very communicative and he obviously takes great pride and care of the property.
I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Secluded In Nature
This beautiful property in the Village of Four Seasons on Tree Top drive gives you the illusion of being completed secluded. The decks overlook the Lake of the Ozarks, and are surrounded by trees. We enjoyed barbecues and card games on them, followed by the snacks John and his wife provided. The ceiling to floor windows gave us wonderful views, and allowed us to see the inviting pool to time our cooling dips in them when nobody else was around! We highly recommend this place!

Second Home
Our experience is Always Amazing! We were excited to see the new updates.. ❤️ them. Always look forward to the Comfy beds and couch. It's Centrally located. He has all the items you need for fishing and floating. Great communicator, he let us know about the fireworks display where and when to go.
John you did it again! Thanks for giving my family another fantastic vacation at the lake.

Stayed for a couple of days, this is a nice place and great location. We planned a family trip with our 16 and 17 yr old sons. They enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and tennis court. We brought our dog and he loved the squirrels. Plenty of places to dine and shop. The welcome basket provided was a good touch. We brought some games but the closet was full of them so don't worry about packing any. There were plenty of fresh towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

Wonderful Quiet Place
We loved this place! It was big enough for our family. 2 adults and 2 children and such a neat “treehouse” as my kids called it. Plenty of towels and wash clothes etc. a beautiful view out of all the windows. We will be back in June! John is very responsive when questions are ask as well. Can't wait until next time!
