L'ascensore è a pochi metri dall'ingresso della stanza.
Il parcheggio è sul lato della spiaggia con l'ascensore vicino all'unità, non camminare a lungo quando si ha fretta.

Il nostro divano del soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale con un materasso aggiornato per questo. Abbiamo anche una sedia di grandi dimensioni nel soggiorno con un unico letto estraibile. Questo è il condominio personale di un architetto arredatore arredato con decorazioni di lusso con il comfort in mente. Devi visitare con noi almeno una volta !! Ti consigliamo di tornare spesso a The Shores of Panama. Non è il condominio in affitto medio !! Gennaio 2012 BRAND nuovi piani.

We had a great time at this condo, it was a perfect size for our family of 4. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and Chris was exceptional to work with!

I was very impressed with the security, cleanliness and friendly staff at this property. Our host Chris made himself readily available if we had any questions or issues. The condo was clean and the pics represented it well. It was perfect for our girls getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo! The resort is beautiful! The extra amenities the resort provides are amazing and offer an extra convenience while on vacation. The owner was very easy to contact and responsive to any questions and issues I had.

This condo was just as advertised on VRBO upon arrival. Chris was awesome to deal with all his assistance and quick communication. Staff was very friendly on the premises. This condo is in a great area and perfect for a family get away. Will definitely book again in the future.

We stayed here for an extended weekend for the 4th of July. This was a last minute trip. We were a family of 6 (me, hubby, 2 girls 6 and 10 and the grandparents).This property was just enough space for the 6 of us. If you were 6 adults it would be pretty tight. This property had just enough of the basics which is all we needed. We picked this property based on the pool and proximity to the beach which were very convenient. The communication with the property owner was easy and pleasant.
This part of my review is solely on the Shores of Panama and not this individual unit - I would not recommend this place during busy times because it can be very difficult to get up and down the elevator. Since we were travelling with my parents (76 and 80 years old) we had times where we waited 20+ min for the elevator. During the middle of our stay one of the elevators went out of service making the already horrible elevator situation way worse! There were only 4 elevators total for the whole complex. My girls and I walked up and down the elevators a few times just to not have to deal with the elevator situation (14 floors). The parking garage is also very tight! You need to drive slow in the parking garage as it is VERY TIGHT and there are many blind spots, but there were people blazing through making it very scary! If you are able to travel during off peak times and have younger children, I think the pool and proximity to the beach would be very nice for them.

We’ve always stayed at shores of Panama, but this is our first time staying in this particular condo. The condo was great! We love the location since it’s close to all the things we enjoy on our vacation. The property manager is great to work with. Great communication and the check-in/check-out process went very smooth. During peak season the elevator situation is rough, but we knew what we were getting ourselves into upon booking. If you use the elevators early in the morning and later in the evening it wasn’t bad. Definitely recommend this particular property.

The property was beautiful. Elevators are quick so even if they're busy, it doesn't take more than a few minutes to get one. Everyone working was extremely friendly and helpful. Added bonus: comfiest bed I've ever slept on.

We stay at the Shores every year. This was our first time in this condo. Chris was amazing. We were able to check in early. Condo was exactly as stated. Parking space was very convenient to elevators. Highly recommend and most definitely will rent this unit again.

The property was very secure, family friendly, easy access to restaurants, bars. Pineapple Willy’s was right next door, good food and awesome drinks! Beach was beautiful.

We were there for one month. It was very clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony are magnificent.

We had a great stay in this unit. Everything that was listed was provided and communication with owner was A+! I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a nice stay at a very nice resort! Fall break with the family was all we could have wanted and more.
Only note I would make is that the bunk room is a pretty tight space and not much room to move around. A little smaller than what picture displays but still very functional.

We had an amazing trip. Chris is a wonderful host. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The staff at The Shores of Panama were amazing. The property was kept clean and the staff kept the pool area emaculate. We will definantly use Chris as a host again. We had no issues with the elevators or parking.

We had an amazing time on our trip. Check in was easy, condo was super clean, view was amazing directly in front of the pools and the ocean. Everything was in walking distance and so much to do. We will definitely be back soon.

Great Experience
We stayed in this property for a softball tournament. The only thing that was difficult to navigate were the elevators. For the most part things went smoothly once we figured out busy times. The property was clean and served all of our needs.

Amazing condo
My son and his family stayed in this condo, couldn't have been any nicer. Chris is an awesome host and got back right away if we had any questions. I highly recommend this place and would go back again if we ever get a chance. Loved it. Thanks Chris for making our family vacation one we will treasure forever. Sue. 😊

Nice unit, Unfortunate experiences
We loved the unit, it was clean and have everything we needed, Chris was a great owner and communicated quick. We had no issues with the location, property or unit. The only negatives were out of Chris’s hands.
1. elevators were terrible and multiple were down the whole time so being up 14 floors was tough *patience is a virtue*
2. Every single night from 10:00 pm - 1:00 am people were yelling profanities from their balconies and security could never figure out who it was
3. The complex was so crowded and security would not allow you to save a spot by the pool, so that was a pain, the beach was just as crowded
4. We had buckets of ice thrown on top of us while at the pool from upper balconies multiple times and again security never figured out who did it
Overall we enjoyed our time but unfortunately people are disrespectful and it just isn’t the same anymore. Next time we will come during off season.
If you’re looking to stay here, just know the unit was great. Just be aware of the crowds and people.

The condo was very nice and clean. It is a little small for 4 adults but we managed. Upon arriving, the TVs did not work but Chris was available and replied very quickly to let us know it was the entire property. The issue as fixed the next morning. Great for small family. Definitely would stay again.

This was a beautiful property! It was our first time staying in Panama City Beach. The pool looked amazing...too freezing to swim in this time of year though. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The donuts and ice cream were delicious as well as the poolside grill food! We like to stay further south this time of the year for warmer weather, but if we visit PCB again (in the summer or fall), we will definitely consider staying here again!
