Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and businesses. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast.
Dishwasher was broken on arrival, but the host had it fixed within a couple of hours of contacting them.
If you're a light sleeper who likes to sleep in, know that businesses and a construction project nearby start getting deliveries pretty early.

We loved the property with convenient walking location to stores and restaurants. The amenities provided were outstanding and the bed provided 7 nights of great sleep. Would definitely book this property again - same time next year!!!

Very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. Ample snacks, waters, sodas and coffee a plus. Comfortable living and sleeping areas. The dining table chairs are the only thing that could have been better in the whole experience. They sink in and aren’t very comfortable. But the apartment, the area and the access to great restaurants and markets is awesome.

Two weeks of cool... not Phoenix in June!
This was a great fit for us, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, central location was super.
The unit was decorated in a simple but sophisticated fashion and we felt immediately at home.
Every kitchen ware need was met.
It was really nice having a sheltered balcony (rain occurred).
The only items we felt needed: additional towel bar, a bath tub mat or non-skid, a grab bar in shower and a shower wand.

My wife and I have stayed in this comfortable 1 bedroom numerous times over a period of several years. It is remarkable that this property is well maintained and updated. We appreciate the consistent quality of the rental as well as Jill’s professionalism and friendly interactions.

Great place to stay in Kirkland
Great location to walk to local restaurants , Lake Washington, library and grocery store. Love forward to our return next year and the opening of some of the new stores in Kirkland Urban.

Great but a little hot and light!
Lovely homely apartment. Unfortunately it was really hot when we were there for the first day, and there is no air conditioning. Jill kindly came over ASAP and set up a cooling system but it doesn't match the efficiency of an air conditioner. So we slept with windows open but had to deal with outside noise. We woke earlier than desired in the mornings as the blinds/curtains in the bedroom were light-coloured and let in a lot of light. These are the reasons for a 4-star rating, otherwise all was 5-star - great cooking amenities and absolute
ly everything one could want/need to make it a great stay. Jill was very accommodating and helpful.

We come to Kirkland twice a year to visit family. We found the apartment to be so clean and cozy with everything we needed right at our fingertips. Jill's properties are the only place we stay. Each one offers all the conveniences of home. Thank you Jill for your extraordinary hospitality.

This apartment was perfect for my husband Jeff and I to stay in while visiting our daughter for the first time since she recently moved to Seattle. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Kirkland is a Great Lake town and the apartment sits close to the lake, and many restaurants and shopping. Easy access to freeway and Seattle. We loved our stay here and highly recommend Jill’s apartment for those who do not want to stay in the city. We will be back in the future.

Couldn’t have been more perfect!
This property was in a very convenient location and was a great value. It was well appointed, very cozy, and completely exceeded my expectations. Even though I was 2000+ miles away from home, I felt right at home here. Jill was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. This will most definitely be my first choice whenever I am in the area. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent rental
We have stayed several times at this downtown Kirkland rental. It is a quiet, clean apartment with pleasing decor and amenities and an exceptional location. Although downtown construction is underway, the noise level is non-intrusive with the windows and doors closed. A wide range of dining and shopping options, lake access, trails and a transit station are within walking distance. The property manager is friendly, prompt and professional in communications. We highly recommend this apartment for a short or long term stay.

Fun Thanksgiving stay condo...
We really enjoyed our stay at the Watermark - perfect set up for the two of us - comfy bed with wonderful linens, nice bath linens, quiet, even with construction near by, very clean and very convenient to everything. An assigned parking spot with elevator access was a real bonus.
We will be back!
