We so enjoyed early morning coffee sitting on the dock.. that made our stay wonderful. Accommodated nicely family living in the area to visit us for dinners! The beds were very comfortable, slept well!

Don’t let anyone tell you that Holiday isn’t a place to stay in vacation. We loved it. Quiet! The house was so incredibly quiet during the day and also at night. The waterway out back was a great place to watch a couple of gators, turtles, and so many egrets and cranes. Though we didn’t really talk to neighbors because everyone kept to themselves, we didn’t have any conecerns. Properties are kept neat and tidy. We never heard the large amount of traffic on US-19 which is not all that far away. Perfect proximity to Tarpon Springs, Sunset Beach, Fred Howard Beach, Honeymoon Beach. Low tide, sunrises and sunsets were fabulous at these beaches. ALDIs and Publix grocery was close by as was a gas station and car wash. Visit Lakeview Church in Tarpon Springs on Sunday for a fabulous service that runs only 1 hour and has one of the best worship teams. As far as this home we were quite comfortable. The house is huge with two living rooms. He kitchen was real nice with a double oven and huge fridge. It had everything a person needs to prepare all meals. Plenty of light throughout, room darkening shades for great sleeping, various types of seating, three different size beds, and really nice accessible bathroom (which is super rare to find), great AC unit, plenty of spare towels and blankets. For guests considering this home it was mostly clean. We would suggest bringing your own pillows. The pillows provided were flat (needed replacement) and did not have pillow protectors on them. The bed sheets are those super slick ones sold at Walmart and slid off the mattress easily. If you enjoy watching the news (local/national) or have fav programming on the major networks you’ll need a subscription to those channels through apps. The TV is a Roku. We were able to watch dated programming but nothing current. The listing advertised basic cable and Netflix but when we inquired host responded that the house did not have any cable TV and Netflix is something you have to pay for. The internet cut out frequently and we had to reset the TV settings multiple times per day. We felt out of the loop on current events for the two weeks we stayed. The yard service showed up without warning from the host or without a courtesy knock and was suddenly in the back yard and caught us off guard. Host was out of Country so that may be why we didn’t know. We would most definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book this home for a wonderful Holiday in Holiday!

Spacious, clean, comfortable vacation home. We enjoyed watching the birds and a few gators. Nice outdoors areas to relax in. Screened porch, patio and covered deck on the water were enjoyable places to relax. Some traffic noise but you can expect that anywhere along the gulf coast. Grocery stores about a mile away was a plus. Thanks to the hosts!

Kong and Linda were great for communication. The house was just as described. We enjoyed our stay. we stayed for the month of February. The house was very comfortable . The back yard being fenced in was great for our dog.

We had a great stay and would certainly return. The property was true to its photos and the owners were exceptionally responsive. The home had everything we hoped for and was very clean. I’ve stayed at VRBOs for years and know what to expect. If you are the same you will need to search long for a better value. When you first approach the home your first thought May be that the homes are closer together than what you might have expected. The lot size is not unusual for a neighborhood built on a lake. The neighbors were very friendly and we felt very safe. This is a well kept older home on a great Lake with a covered deck. The experience of sitting on a private deck and watching the wildlife Is something even five star hotels rarely can offer.
