Accogliente divano 2 BR / 2 BA plus situato sulla spiaggia di Gulf Shores. Ci sono molte finestre per consentire alla luce solare naturale di entrare nell'unità e un balcone con vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia! Comodi materassi King in entrambe le camere da letto con accesso diretto ai bagni. Splendidi ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in condominio. Smart TV satellitare da 50 pollici nel soggiorno. Wi-Fi gratuito in camera. Primo condominio appena ad ovest dell'Hangout (e popolare Hang Hang Fest). A pochi passi (1/3 miglia) da ristoranti e negozi! Tutte le tasse sono incluse nel preventivo, ad eccezione dei pass per il parcheggio. I pass per il parcheggio vengono rilasciati il giorno del check-in dal personale di gestione della proprietà in loco 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. I pass costano $ 27. 75 per l'intero soggiorno e vengono pagati direttamente alla gestione della proprietà in loco tramite contanti, assegni o carta di credito. Durante gli eventi speciali, (come, a titolo esemplificativo, il weekend del Labor Day, il weekend del Memorial Day, il Shrimp Festival, i mesi di giugno e luglio, Music Festival, Hang Out Fest o SEC Beach Fest), i pass possono essere limitati a 1 pass per condo.

Right on the beach with a beach view. Very easy to get to the beach and easy stair and elevator access. Host responded quick and was very polite.

We recently stayed at this property for a girls getaway beach trip and overall had a good experience, especially considering the value. The beach access was a big highlight and made the trip really enjoyable. The location was convenient, easy to find, and getting in and out of the property was simple. Steve was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.That said, there were some areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness did not quite meet expectations, and there was noticeable wear and tear on the furniture and items throughout the unit. Some of the provided utensils and linens also felt a bit worn and could benefit from being refreshed or replaced.The futon or pullout couch in the living room was not a practical sleeping option. It was uneven with noticeable lumps and dips, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, the linens provided did not quite match the needs of a group of four for the length of our stay. We also did not find any hand soap in the unit, only body soap.Overall, a convenient and affordable stay with great beach access, but a few updates would make a noticeable difference foe future guest.

View was great and communication was excellent. Condo slightly smaller than some 2BR ones but fine for 2 couples. Only downside - not issue with owner or vrbo - is parking. Traveled in 2 cars. First person in office says too crowded for 2nd pass. Night person said they did not issue 2 passes period. I parked one vehicle in public parking several blocks away. Finally 3rd office person the next morning gave me a 2nd pass. I never saw less than 20 empty parking spaces. IWE needs to figure out a better policy or lose business over something avoidable.

The stay was great. But there were several frustrating moments over things. 1. No storage for clothes. In one bedroom the closets both had master locks. There were no drawers to unpack your things into in either room, other than night stands. If I’m somewhere for a week I would rather live out of drawers, not my bag in a floor. 2. The beds and couch bed are all TERRIBLE. Sleep was a struggle all week bc of this. Those were definitely the worst of it that will keep us from staying again.
